  I hired this company to plan an event for my 40th birthday extravaganza on 6/22/2024. Our initial fee via contract was $7,000. However, over a course of a couple of months the price kept increasing, I didn't paid the event planner an estimated $15,000 for an event that I helped plan and did most of the work. I also found my own vendors and paid them. On the night of the party, as we were wrapping up my big celebration her "break down crew " that she hired came in around 1am, bomb ******* us out of the party. They were grabbing plates, cups, and clearing off tables to the point that my guest assumed that they were the cleanup crew and were being kicked out. We were rushed out and didn't even get a chance to grab the food, supplies, and remaining liquor ($4,000 value) so we went back to retrieve my items. When we got back to the venue about 30 minutes later, majority of my items were gone. I immediately reached out to the vendor owner the next business day to see what happened, he played his tapes back and saw that the breakdown crew that the event planner *********************** Neptune hired had taken several boxes back to their vehicle (I have video footage). I asked the venue owner to speak with his staff that were present, and he was informed by the security that the ladies had given them items from my event (bottles of liquor). The venue owner also assured me that he had put several boxes of liquors stowed away in a closet, and they were taken by these females. I reached out to my event planner, and she was very cold, unprofessional, and nonchalant about the issue. She told me and I quote " I don't have anything to do with that!" I informed her that she hired the women, and they are a reflection of her "business". I reached out to her several times to rectify the situation and see what my options were because I signed a contract but instead, she verbally attacked me, insulted me, and got other people to call my phone and harass me.

  This event planner that I hired has been harassing me on social media and she even called my job today harassing me, along with her husband and in return, my job called the police on her. I hired her for my birthday party that occurred on 6/22 and it was the biggest mistake *** ever made. Two of her staff members, whom she hired to break down the event, stole over 1k of alcohol. In her contract it states, We will only remove our items and breakdown decor ONLY! Her staff members are caught on camera, taking the alcohol, and putting it in their vehicles. When I presented this information to her, she took no accountability. She gave me the information for the staff members who stole and washed her hands completely of the situation. She did not offer any retribution or resolution, even though while I was filing the police report, the officer said its her business and shes responsible for what her staff does. Even after that, I only planned on going after her staff because I really wanted to be done with ******, working with her was a horrible experience. I was going to let everything go until she got her husband to call and threaten me. She exchanged words with my sister online for making a review and in return she started harassing me. She has posted screenshots of my IG page on her page and has had all of her friends and family send me threatening messages. She has also been slandering my name online. I have not had any contact with her since my event, I have not mentioned her name or business not once. Unfortunately, due to the harassment, online bullying, and threatening to come up to my job, I have no choice but to take this up in court. I have never in all my years dealt with someone so unprofessional as her. How in the world do you start harassing your client? Is this how she treats all of her clients? People who have spent thousands for a service? If you dont want to go through the same thing, please steer clear of this business. Youve been warned.
