    Car got repoed and it had a lot of my valued things in there such as my high school diploma , drivers licenses , shoes and clothes in there and they threw all of my things away and I would like to be Recompensated for everything including my speakers I put in the car I didnt have a ride up there to receive my things .

    I am rejecting this response because, that didnt give you the right to throw my belongings away I had documents in there that was needed && clothes also shoes in there and my subwoofers thats in the trunk , that is removable along with other legal documents thats in there as well . I am rejecting this response because no the car was took with my things so no I need to be recompensed for my things getting throwed away  && I also called about an issue with the car multiple times and was never gotten back with cause the mechanic wasnt in .

    Initially I was told any necessary repairs would be taken care of by the in house mechanic so after test driving one vehicle, the car needed an alignment per *******. So I drove another car that seemed to drive better than this car was $500 less down. The car that I bought was the ***** es350. After not even driving this car for 24 hours I could feel that there was something wrong with the suspension. After speaking with ******* she said the guy that takes care of that was out of town buying more cars and he will be back at the top of the week. After going back and forth they telling me that I have to bring the car out there and leave it for 2 days and their location is an hour and a half from where I live I ended up having to take it to *********. Having them accessing it and I put parts on the car and had work done to the car along with paid an additional $300 within the first 3 weeks of having the car. That still did not fix the problem. I got a text 15 days after my car payment was late that they may take action up until repossession I contacted them ********* said that they only repossessed it at 25 days I offered to just bring it because I knew they were going to charge the towing fee. on day 18 at 3:00 in the morning their personal towing service took the car. They want full payment plus a $500 tow. I called the next day *********, the same person said no it's 18 days to ************************************************************************************************* I also asked her about the price of Towing she said it was based on mileage but she didn't know where it was towed from. It's not possible to assess a $500 by mileage if there isn't a start location. I just really do not know how business can be done legally like this in Georgia. I want to be compensated back my $3000, Georgia Elite Sales stole from me and my financial situation. Immediately took my income. Heartless Crooks! They need to pay us all!

    I purchased a 2009 Dodge Challenger from the dealer and this has been my most horrible experience with car buying experience. Check engine light came on shortly after leaving the dealership and they refused to fix it. Not to mention I went to retrieve a tag for the car and then being told I couldnt get a tag due to car needs emissions test done and with the check engine light being on the car will not pass emissions test. Their other issues that Im experiencing and I was told they were going to bring the car back to be serviced however its been over 3 weeks and theyre not responding back to me but texts me about they need my insurance information and they sent a text about my payment was due. I DONT Recommend this Dealer to No ONE

    The vehicle was sold As-is as you agreed to buy it. You test drove and inspected the vehicle prior to purchase and agreed to buy it as-is. The vehicle also had current emissions at time of purchase.

    I bought a car last year July they said they was gone fixed the car and Im still without the vehicle or my money had the car for one. Day they said they will fixed it after towing it from my mechanic shop I was block and bash my **** and the whole company and threatened to stop communicating with them and I still dont have my money or no car and this is unacceptable and stated in the text that they was required by the financial company to fix it and never heard from them and they stole my my money I work hard for

    dealership sold a *** to me without a title ** state says it their fault they say it ga fault when infact it was indeed their fault so no tag can be got for said vehicle because of their screwup by their addmision recorded via digital from phone the employee stated they didbnt have tiitle and cannot give a valid drive off tag for 2 months this cat and mouse game they are playing i now just want my truck back and complete reversale and refund down payment along with 2 mnbths of car paynents and also because of this issue of title and failure there of an attorney is on standby the only way to fix this is like i said COMPLETE REFUND AND RETURN DOGE ****

    I recently bought. A car from this dealership **** is a liar and do not tell the truth at all I recently bought the Chrysler 300c I literally only drove less than 10 miles called **** about the problem when I did called him he block my numbers and not willing to fix the problem and I was stuck somewhere I didnt even know where I was and they are not even trying to fix the problem or swap out the car or anything and now he telling me I have to pay to bring the car back and etc and this business is a rip off and get over on people and he repeatedly called me a liar when I told him the engine was no good and now I am out of ******************************************************************* my driveway

    We paid ******* down and was told that the car was in great shape. My son drove it for 3 days and it was took back to the dealer and told us it was okay. I picked it up myself and the car was parked in my yard for 3 days finally I drove it and the transmission will not work. The car doesn't shift. Took to two shop was charged ****** each time and told the transmission was bad. Called the carlot and they told me nothing they could do. So now my son has no way to military training or work. He is ******************************************* money to fix this problem.

    2010 **** Mustang you spoke with us on the phone and even in person when we brought the vehicle back to the shop that is the transmission was bad you would fix or replace and add it onto his payment. I've also spoke with eye team investigation about your carlot. You got ran out for ************** old location because you sold bad vehicles. This isn't how you conduct business your not a man of your word. The owner is 65 whom you took complete advantage of. Basically swindled elderly people out of money. We are asking you to fix the car and add it to the payment.
