    I have recently bought a car through here and it has been the worst car buying experience i ever went through. They sold a car to me with no brake pad (with proof) and offered no resolution for me to have my payment pushed back, reimbursed nor offered to fix the sub-par service they provided to the car prior to selling it. Granted the car place sells their cars as is, but I am no mechanic nor a lawyer but I do know selling a car without a brake pad and expect financing on terms that were set in expectation that the car was in good running shape, is bad moral and horrific customer service.. the ********************** manager also told me to my face that the person who sold me the car was the stores mechanic and he didnt finish a full inspection on the car before selling that. I was not aware of that prior to purchase, i found that out after i put brand new rotors and brake pads on (because they lacked to do their part and put a brake pad on) and i told them i was before my car not was due, and they came and repod it. We had a verbal agreement that i could get my car fixed and pay my car note a few days later because they werent offereing me any help other than allowing me that grace ******** that was totally voided after i spent the money to get the brakes fixed. Constantly since that day it has been problem after problem on that car that i have to go deeper into my pockets to handle. And every time i call and try to get resolution they tell me well this is the real world and if you cant afford it you shouldn't buy it its upsetting because i got this car anticipating not having to put this much work into it and the salesman was assuring me that i was buying a great car. Not sure if i can do anything legally but this is bad business for sure and more people should steer away from this place. Im 22 and trying to get rolling on my path to success but this place is definitely slowing me up on that journey.

    On 725/22 I purchased a car from Elite dealership in ************** teat drove the car and when I left the dealership to go home which us3 hours away thr check engine light came on and I called them immediately and no answer I called for w weeks straight and they Said bring the car in they will fix it they kept the car for 3 weeks they called on ***** and to pick it up and I ask for the receipt of the work they did and where is my title and they said they will.mail it to me me on 10 -19-22 I called again and they blocked my number and I went to Rockdale tag office to get an and extension in my tag since they block me and they told me they can't give it to me because the state has a hold on the car since 04-12-2018 like
