Good evening. On April 28, 2023. I purchased a pair of mesh graphic printed shorts. Order #**** paid $50.38. I used their mobile app, as suggested, on their website to sign up for alerts, including the transaction, processing and shipment. I am unable to get any response from them through email, the phone number, listed on their company profile, or private messaging through the business pages on social media.Upon further review, Ive decided to check some of their most recent reviews out. Ive read over 50 reviews dating today until well over a year ago.I would say that in the last year over 50% of the reviews say some of the following. Unable to contact customer service. Didnt receive entire order. Received the wrong product. No one will answer my call. I have been waiting over a month. I spent $250 and have not received a refund in over five months. These are just a handful of complaints. I have pictures of the reviews. I estimate that there are thousands of dollars in complaints, refunds, insurance claims on packages and missing product.Business Response

Order #****:I placed an order for $59.95 on 3/11/23. I never received a tracking number or confirmation email for this order. More importantly, I have not received the order. I am rejecting this response because:Not sure what is going on within your system, but that is not my email or my address. Please see attached photo of screenshot for my order with correct shipping address.
Also as a note for the BBB, I did receive a contact back from the company in the form of an email that had stated reaching out via social media is not a proper way to reach out as comments, messages, etc get missed. Reaching out via social media might be an informal way of contacting a company, but is still a valid method. Ive had issues resolved or questions answered immediately through social media from other companies.

We did reply to this customers inquiry regarding their package. The order number the customer provided was delivered on the 23rd of March. As you can see, the customer never replied to us regarding this. The order was also not under the customers name, it was under a different name.

I sent multiple sets of shorts back from two orders (****** & ******) that did not fit and have not received a refund. Can you please update me on the status of the those items that were sent back several weeks ago. ThanksThe above is the email I sent on Dec. 29. I also sent messages on their customer service website and officially submitted a refund request on Tues. Jan. 3, 2023 after having zero success with any of these measures. Good Morning-
As of 1/9 we have not received any returns back from the customer. However, we went ahead and submitted a refund back to the customer this morning to resolve this claim right away. The refund is for $89.15 due to a $5 restocking fee which is stated on our return policy. I have attached proof of the refund and the $5 restocking fee located on our website.

I am rejecting this response because:
The post office confirmed delivery of items which were a total of 4 short (2 LR mesh shorts and 2 XL mesh shorts) totaling $205 before tax. In my initial complaint i mistyped the shorts count sent back. I have add the last order I made with them on 12/7/2022 as proof that the pervious items did not fit as another reason why the previous ones were sent back. My last order was #****** and was delivered on 12/10/2022. You can see that the size in mesh shorts orders goes from Xl to Lr to Med which *********** me correctly. I love their product, but they have to do better with customer service. $205 plus tax is what I am ask for. No more no less.

As stated previously, we do not have the items back, they were not delivered here. We do not refund customers without the garments in hand and if the return gets lost or misdelivered we are not responsible, this is also stated on our website. However, to get this resolved we will initiate another refund for shorts we do have here. Please be advised that we do not refund shipping cost and for any returns there is a $5 restocking fee.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect back into your account.

Their website states they can give a refund if item is in new condition and returned within 30 days which I did and they only gave me a store credit. I am not buying from this company again and would like my money refunded.Business Response

We believe this complaint has already been resolved on our side with the customer as the customer accepted store credit for the lost order. Unfortunately since this order is more than ***************************************************************************************************************************** not due to the tracking no longer being available. We offered a full refund or store credit even though we could not confirm the order was delivered, the customer accepted store credit in the amount of $112.45. An email has been sent with this code twice with no response from the customer regarding if they ever received.

Order placed on July 3rd placed an order for a t-shirt and some shorts. Product was shipped, but sadly they use *************** so it has to go though ***** It was lost in transit, but they have failed to do anything other than make a claim w/ UPS. No follow up emails, and blocked on social media. $95 was spent. Reviews on their website are all bad or clearly fake as they have nothing to do w/ the company. The customer also never made an order on July 3rd, the order that was lost was from June 29th and the $0.00 that you see attached is the replacement. We did not have one shirt in stock from the customers lost order so a refund was issued for the amount of $38.96. The customer was also made aware of this.

Hey there-
We created a replacement order for you on 8/15 at 10:31am. Route shipping insurance also created a replacement order the same day at 11:59am. Both pair of shorts were shipped on 8/16 at 1:59PM and is showing delivered on 8/20 at 11:30AM. This customer received two pairs of shorts since a route insurance claim was submitted after we created a replacement order. There was also a shirt that was in the order that was refunded so the customer received their money back plus an extra pair of shorts. As far as the screenshot showing we only "created" the label, I see the date printed was 8/17 which was less than 24 hours after the replacement order was shipped therefore *** did not have time to scan the package to show a estimated delivery date. Just like most companies, tracking numbers usually take 24 hours to update. This customer did not give a full 24 hours to let the tracking update before rejecting our response.
I have attached the screenshots of the replacements orders that are showing delivered as well as the refund that was previously submitted back to the customers original form of payment.
Also, we are sorry for the need of the false aquation regarding our "fake reviews". Every review is made per the email that was used on the order, just as the email you have/will receive asking about a review for your product. We do not handle these reviews as a 3rd party company does which helps ensure no false reviews are made.
Please let us know if there is anything additional needed on our end.

I placed an order on 7/10/22 (ORDER# ******). They took my payment out for $37.98 on 7/11/22. I received an email on 7/15/22 saying the it shipped via *** and gave me a tracking# (1Z1T47T20333436058) but when you enter the tracking# into the *** database, it says that tracking details will be available once the package arrives at the shipping facility... I emailed their customer service on 7/30/22 and received an automated reply stating that it will take them usually ***** hours to respond to my inquiry.. I waited 3 business days and didn't receive a response so I emailed them again on 8/03/22 and received the same automated reply... Today is 8/11/22 and I still haven't received a response from them and the *** tracking information still says the same thing when I type in the tracking number so I tried to call them at 11:00 a.m. today on the number provided, ************, and it rang 4 times and went to a message saying that the voicemail hasn't been set up. I went on their website to try to track my order and you do so by either entering in your email, order number or phone number and not a single one of those would bring up my order. It gave me a message saying that no ****************** found... I have never had to file a complaint with the BBB before but I have exhausted all of my options.Business Response

We had a previous shipper who was shipping out orders but not actually sending them. I have reached out to this customer to see if they would still like for us to send the package or if they would like a refund. I am waiting on what the customer would like to do.
As far as the phone issue, we answer every call that comes in unless we are on the other line or in the production shop. Otherwise I answer every call. Our phone hours are also 7am-5:30PM so any calls before or after that time are not answered.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and hope to be able to send the customer their order asap.

7/3/2022 purchased 3 shirts from combat iron apparel for a total of $76. On 7/12/2022 received an email about one of the shirts no longer in stock would I like to exchange it for a different one, which I did.
