      I have to be completely transparent. To start with I thought customer service was going to be a joke. I thought, well they built a house and got my money and now Im just hung out to dry! I say that because initially I could not get a return call back. Yes there was a break down in communication but now let me say this. Once I got in touch with the general manager even he him self showed up to make all the corrections needed. Not just him but the general contractor and their service tech. I have to say they went above and beyond just customer service. Ive been in my home for about six months now and just had an issue with the A/C. I called the service tech Sat. He had the heating and air company at my house Monday morning, he wanted to send them Sunday but I was the one ok with Monday. They really are about customer service I will recommend America ********************** to anyone looking for quality and quality customer service.

      We built with them about 6 years ago. It was downhill after Year 1. Spent a lot of money on a house that is beautiful but not well built. Everything has broken, shifted, cracked, you name it. Terrible customer service. ****** and dime you to death. Every component marked up drastically (example- a plastic laundry sink, $150 at local HD, we were charged $600). Terrible experience.
