      ******* was returned to sender, when I contacted the seller they were very unprofessional, did not apologize and went as far as to blame me and **** instead of taking accountability for lack of postage. Or shipping error They did not offer me an apology. They did not offer me a discount. All they offered me was to send them MORE money only then would they ****** it to me. I told them I will not be sending them another ***** and they are responsible for making sure their packages are correct. I paid for first class shipping. Which meant it shouldve been here in 2 to 3 business days and said it has been over a week and I did not receive this item know. I also have to file a charge back with my bank and the store is refusing to help me in anyway, and has been incredibly rude. Via email.

      I ordered a Makeup Pallet relentless and a sponge. The mailbox where I live got broken into and someone stole my box of products. I emailed ******* and they were going to file a claim because they have insurance they have received the claim insurance money and they will not be refunding me or sending me the product. So they were basically paid twice for one order by me and the insurance claim. I asked for the products they basically said is not their problem l. I want my products l, what are we gonna do? How can you help?

      On July 1, 2022 I purchased two palettes from the company the Color Scheme777, and the Infinity Expression palette. Right after I purchased them I noticed the wrong Infinity palette was chosen so I sent them an email and they updated it right away and sent me a confirmation email with an order number. I received my package from the post office on 7/12/22 due to a **** mistake eventhough the package was delivered 7/8/22. When I opened my package I noticed only the Color Scheme777 palette was there and not my Infinity Expression palette. I also noticed the company sent an invoice that did not have the Expression pallete on there. I contacted the company immediately and sent proof that I paid for both palettes during the %50 sale and I had not received my palette. I received an email from the company insinuating that I only paid for the 1 palette and I ordered separately. I emailed them back several screen shots showing proof that I clearly purchased them both together and both are paid for. Instead of the company owning their mistake and sending me my palette, they would wait days without responding. When they did respond, it was with very short and vague emails saying "That's all the order sheet said". I asked them to ship the palette or refunding my money. They did not respond. I've ordered from them many times but after this situation it may be my last. I would like my palette sent to me or my money back.
