    6-12-23 I requested this company run a camera down two toilets and capture the condition of the pipes on video as a part of a home inspection process. Billy **** himself showed up. He removed the upstairs toilet. He tried to put the camera down the toilet but did not succeed. In front of his employees he said "this will be on the house". He admitted that he could not get his camera to fit down the pipe. When we got downstairs, out of the sight of his two employees however, he informed me he was charging me the full $1100 for the service. I contested stating he had not successfully completed even 1/2 of the job. We had concluded there was no need to attempt to work on the second toilet since he was unsuccessful with the first. He insisted I pay him. Standing only 5'3 115lbs, I felt threatened in his presence. He is a rather large man. I handed him my credit card stating I was not happy and I did not owe him that much money. He then informed me that it was $1000 just to get out the camera. This was never mentioned until this moment. Then he agreed to knock off $100. He charged my credit card $1000 for a service he never performed. I sent the video to a trusted plumber who confirmed that the service was not completed as promised. He intimidated me into signing a document stating I was happy with the service even though I just told him that I wasn't! He is such a *****! I left the site in tears, disputed the charge on my credit card, left a bad review, and wanted to report this business. They are charging for services not performed! This man is dangerous and this business should be shut down. There are tons of similar stories/reviews!

    Called billy bell to fix a leaky shower. We had previously used them for a similar issue in a different bathroom shower before without incident. Immediately upon arrival I was handed a cell phone to talk to someone about filling an insurance claim even though I had no interest in filling a claim. 2 men spent about 10 minutes looking in a room the leak wasnt even in and then about 1 minute looking at the shower. I was quoted between $400 and $600. It seemed a bit high as last time it was only $300 but I agreed. Both men left and returned about 30 minutes later with 2 more guys. I was unsure why it took 4 guys wondering around my home to replace 1 part on a shower but it was a very uncomfortable situation. Approximately ************************************************* he was done and itd be $1600. I asked if I would have an invoice explaining to me why it cost so much and he said yes. I wrote him a check and he handed me a hand written paper that just says fixed shower leak and total $1600 I was in no position to argue with 4 strange men surrounding me in my own home. The next day before my husband could call billy bell to try and get a real explanation, 1 of the guys called me. He was again trying to get me to file an insurance claim. I told him I was not interested in doing any further business with them and still needed an invoice with an explanation of charges. The man told me he had nothing to do with that. I told him I was going to place a hold on the $1600 check until I was given an invoice. He told me that was not his problem and hung up the phone on me. No explanation of charges has been provided and no explanation as to why it cost $1300 more 6 months later to fix the same issue.

    My wife hired Billy Bell Plumbing because we had a slow flushing toilet. They came and supposedly ran a camera through the septic system "all the way to the tank". **** tells us that a line needed to be replaced and the septic tanks (there are two for our house) needed to be pumped. To do all of this was going to run about $3800 (on top of the $400 to initially run the camera). I thought that was a bit high for pumping septic tanks but including running a new line I thought that *** be about right. I did see one of the tanks after it was pumped and it did seem to be pumped right. I went downstairs the other night and just had the thought of flushing that toilet. No one had been down there using the facilities so I just wanted to see how it flushed, expecting it to work as it should. Water stood in the toilet just as it had before. My wife called Billy **** again telling them they needed to come back since they didn't get the problem fixed and they immediately started telling her how she was going to need a new tank and lines, probably about $15,000 worth of work. They wouldn't even come back and take a look at it. We talked to another septic service today. They dug up Billy ****** work and said they hadn't cleaned more than 2 feet of the line. In the end Billy Bell charged us $3800 to pump two septic tanks and feed us a lot of c*** to make it seem like they were doing a lot of work.

    I had a water supply line break going to my kitchen faucet. I told them I wanted a cheap faucet. I was told you can not purchase a cheap one. They said everything would be ******* I am currently going through a divorce and was really quite upset. I agreed. Not even 10 minutes after they left I called the business back to stay I did not want the faucet as it was too expensive. I never received a call in return. Next day they came out and refused to give me money back. I need that money back and in addition to that I went out purchased a new faucet for ***** and had it installed for ******, which was the price of all the other plumbers I called for installation, not ****. I have called the business repeatedly and they will not even return pone call. *** attached receipt showing I have paid ****** for absolutely nothing
