  I had a Toilet issue. Contacted my ***************** They sent Prime Plumbing. Technician supposedly repaired toilet. I did not check behind him. Just assumed it was His job and He knew what He was doing. It ***** hours later, water was pouring through my downstairs Ceiling and Walls! Prime Plumbing came back out. Technician took pictures. Admitted, human error. I have no problem with that. Technician told me His Manager would call me and fix problem. It has been one week. I have a broken toilet. Ceiling and Walls have bubbling due to water. Have no idea what kind of condition my subfloor is. Prime Plumbing never called me to try and fix my problem that they created. I called them! Talked to a Office Manager. She was very sympathic, however she had no authority to do anything. I would not trust this company to work on my plumbing. Be careful and check their work if you do.

  Prime Plumbing gave a timeframe of 8:00-10:00 am. I called at 9:30 to get approximate time and was told they should be out within the hour. I called them back at 11:00 and was told they are on their way and should be here in a few minutes. I called Prime Plumbing back 45 minutes later because they had not showed up, and was told they are working on an emergency call and will be out between 2:00-5:00. Why didnt they call me in the first place or tell me that to begin with, rather than leading me on, telling me that they are on their way. That was a lie. I wasted all morning waiting on them when they knew already that they would not be out at the scheduled time. They lied and do not operate with integrity.

  I contacted my home warranty company because the pilot light wouldn't stay lit on hot water tank. American Home Shield assigned Prime Plumbing as the contractor. He came on 11/29 and within five minutes stated that the tank needed to be replaced because water was dripping from the tank. Before contacting AHS I lit the pilot light three times and there was no water in or around the tank. Prime contacted me to say it would cost $1200 out of pocket for code modifications. It was cold and we couldn't go another day without hot water. I know these modifications according to the receipt they provided: water pipe ($250), gas pipe ($350), T&P ($125), vent ($200), and thermal expansion tank ($275) didn't cost this much. I was definitely OVERCHARGED for the job. It took him about an hour to install the new tank. Prime Plumbing deserves 0 stars!!!

  **** and ******* came out to fix a plumbing problem. I was notified they were on there way and they came and fixed the problem. Very courteous and did the work they came to do. I am very satisfied with their service and will recommend them to friends and family.

  Steer clear of this company! I dont normally leave these kinds of reviews but I get compelled to for their own good. They were a no show yesterday all day. Despite numerous phone calls by me they kept saying it would another two hours. Then another hour. Finally at 5:00 I called them and could only get voice mail. No phone call back at all throughout the day and they didnt return my voice mail. Finally used another number and called again around 6:00. Person I talked to was extremely rude and hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional. I cancelled our work order and found another company (Green **** who responded immediately and fixed my problem. Prime Plumbing is the worst company I have ever dealt with, and Ive been around the block a few times.

  Prime Plumbing Services, LLC,Was contracted through American Home Shield. Water was leaking from the water heater. A contractor was sent to our resident on August 13, 2023. He just looked at the heater and stated the heater needs to be replaced without checking to find what actually happen to it. He also mentioned we're be paying out of pocket due to reconnecting the gas line and updating to city code. American Home Shield contacted us to inform us Prime Plumbing advised them we had to pay $1000.00 out of pocket. The cost was to replace for replacement of a 50 gallon gas heater expansion tank, full port ball valve, t&p modification & piping modification. Unbelievable! What do we need with a home warranty if we have to pay high cost out of pocket? On August 16,2023 a supposed to be technician came out to perform the work. He was there about 1 1/2 hour. On August 17, 2023, about 7:00 am when I got up for work, our entire house smelled like gas was leaking. I immediately called ******* Utilities to report the smell. They immediately sent someone out. When he arrived, it was confirmed there was gas leaking throughout the house. He had to shut off the main gas line and informed my husband to contact Prime Plumbing to correct the issues before the line is turned back on. The technician came back out to fix the problem. He was there all day. The problem was not completed. He said he would be back on August 18, 2023. Two technicians came out the next day to complete the job. They were there all day working. They finally said the gas leaks was fixed. My husband called ******* again to come back out to confirm the gas leak stop. Fortunately, the problem was corrected and my main gas line was restarted. Prime Plumbing technicians doesn't seem to knowledge in their so call expertise. Gas leaks in home could be deadly. THIS COMPANY IS NOT RELIABLE and worth referring. American Home Shield need to do better.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you file a warranty claim this company charges you $1000 to install the water heater. They say all the pl needs to be replaced but they don't replace anything unless you complain and watch every move. They s**** the customer every time. They were at my home less than 1 hour and charged me $1000.

  The worst company that Ive luckily never had do any work at my home.We waited all memorial weekend for someone to show up at our home to unclog our kitchen sink. 1st appointment was scheduled for Sunday. Reached out to technician around noon and he said he was running behind and that it would be between 3-4 oclock before he could be there. Never showed up or called and wouldnt answer my calls. Received an automated text about rescheduling for Monday between ****, confirmed appointment via text. Waited Sunday until noon and called technician. He said he was on another call and would call me back in 20 min. No call or text and would not answer any calls for the rest of the day. Contacted American Homeshield and they said they said someone from prime plumbing had rescheduled for Tuesday between **** oclock. Needless to say that was enough, cancelled appointment through AHS and requested a refund. Will be seeking out a plumber of my choice.

  American Home Shield assigned Prime Plumbing Services LLC to assist ** with a blocked kitchen pipe. Our work order was scheduled the following day where we were told we would receive an hour notice when the technician was on the way. We canceled our plans & after a brief outing ensured we were home for the scheduled appt time frame. The tech assigned our work order ghosted us, refused to answer our call, & never showed up to our home. We later received a text that our appt was now scheduled for the following day. Another day of canceled plans & FIVE hours after our appt time came & went the techs mailbox was now full. Another day without so much as the respect of a phone call. *** was contacted & a complaint was filed, however, they simply stated that THEY contacted the ********** appt was now scheduled for the THIRD time the following day which would leave my husband away from the house for work or miss an entire day of pay. My family spent our first memorial weekend with our new son at home waiting for help that never arrived. For three days we have been washing dishes in our bath tub as we arent able to use the kitchen plumbing. After reading the MANY complaints on BBB AHS was contacted again to request our work order be assigned to another company with more honest work ethics. Unfortunately, Prime Plumbing didnt answer their call either & we are left waiting even longer for them to respond to an email stating that they will not be showing up for workagain. Dont waste your time with this company! Youll be waiting for help that will never arrive!
