    Can you do a negative star value? That is what I think of this company. I called them because I needed the "works" in the tank of my toilet replaced they were not working properly. The rep came out, spent about an hour and then told me he had never seen anything like my toilet. Then he recommended I get a new toilet and it was cheaper if not through his company. He opened up my water flow in the toilet to full force and because it took me 5 days to buy and have installed a new toilet, my water bill just came and it is $325.00. Since I told the young man my sister and I are both senior citizen and physically challenged, he should not have done this disservice to us. I mag/de his company aware of the issue and they send no response at all. I have notified the church group that had recommended this company and asked them to not recommend them again to anyone so no one else receives this theft and disservice. Since my normal water bill is around $40.00 this month's bill is basically 8 months of expense I was not planning for. I will have to adjust elsewhere thanks to these incompetent people.

    ********************* with Prime Time Services helped me get my drain unclogged. He did a fantastic job and went above and beyond in getting it cleared. Even after it was cleared he went two or three more times to make sure it was really cleared. Beyond that he was such a nice man. He worked hard and was so pleasant and friendly. He reminded me of the hard working people I grew up around. I could tell right off that he wanted to do the best job possible. I would definitely recommend anyone need any type of plumbing service to call Basil at Prime time Services. You will not be disappointed.

    We moved into our house and immediately had trouble with kitchen sink not draining. We called Royal Flush Plumbing (long story short, they couldn't get it unclogged, charged me $400 and said good luck). I called our home warranty, they sent a guy out who didn't even look at anything and tried to say we needed to hydro jet from the roof (wasn't covered under warranty and they wanted to charge $1000 to do it.) Our home warranty sent out Prime Plumbing for a second opinion. They sent out ******, and she had the drain unclogged in under an hour, and told me if it clogs again within 30 days to give them a call. She also told me that plumbers will try to say you need to hydro jet if they want to wipe their hands of you and not have to deal with it.All in all, they did the job right and in a timely manner. I definitely recommend!

    Like many other people here, I was referred to this company through AHS. After I scheduled, I reviewed all the reviews and then canceled. I then went back through AHS, hoping they would assign me a different company the next time. They didn't, so I canceled again. However, the issue with our downstairs toilet needed to be fixed as soon as possible, so I decided just to schedule and hope for the best. The technician came out as promised, stayed for a few minutes, and told me that once they got the approval from AHS, he would come out and install the new toilet. He quoted me the same price I was quoted from the company directly, so I felt pretty good that this would go well (The technician was very nice and polite). Things took a turn on the day of my appointment. The time I was given was between 11 am - 2 pm. I sent a message around 10:30 that morning to confirm I was still on the schedule. They assured me I would be called when the tech was on the way. At 1:55 pm, I hadn't heard from anyone so I called to see what the *** was. It was then that I was told that the technician was running late and there were two people ahead of me. When I asked for an estimated time of arrival, I was told they couldn't tell me, but it would be before the end of the day. Which would be when? I was told they couldn't give me a definitive time. I am physically disabled, and the toilet that needs replacing is literally the only one in my home that I can use, so hearing "we don't know when the technician will arrive" was not comforting. The woman on the phone was very apologetic and asked if I wanted to reschedule for another day. She even acknowledged that they should've done a better job of communicating that the technician would be late which I appreciate. But absolutely not. I already wasted one day and I was not willing to waste another one. I contacted another company and they came on the same day. Unfortunately, I should've gone with my gut and with the reviews I saw online.

    This company is horrible. I had to use them through American Home shield. It literally took 2 months for them to repair my faucet with the part being in hand. I was given the runaround for 2 months. My first appointment they came down to check and ordered the part. I was told the part will take 3 days and then another 3 days to schedule the appointment...that 3 days turned into a whole 2 months. No one never contacted me I always had to call and ask on the status or to inquire about why nobody has come out. The first excuse was the technician car broke down, the second excuse was he no longer works for the company. Then I was told that they had to order my part again because they couldn't get it from him. After 2 months a technician finally came out today and disrespected my home. The sink was finally fixed after 2 months but while fixing my sink he decided to urinate in my toilet, on my toilet seat, on the floor and didn't flush the toilet. He also used a decorative towel to wipe who knows what and put it back without asking me or without me knowing until after he left. This company has been unprofessional since they got my work order. Disrespectful! Poor communication! Poor customer **********************! And a complete disregard for my personal space by urinating on my toilet, my floor and without flushing it and using my decorative towel to wipe something that I have no clue of. VERY disrespectful! I will be reporting them to BBB. I am also canceling my membership with American Home shield for their poor customer ********************** and not listening to my request and complaints.
