    The worst buy here pay here lot in ******* they lie about the down payment on the vehicles tell you a thousand dollars down u pay the ***** then you get the paperwork after you paid your money now its saying ***** down-payment which is straight crooked then most of these cars are over priced and the warranty on the cars are bogus because the insurance they have don't do rentals or loaners. I had to put my car in the shop three days after purchasing they told me to take to there location to be fix but we can't dont give u a loaner or rental they need to be shut down an Investigated for false advertising

    My husband recently purchased a vehicle from sports and imports in Gainesville Ga. They have very bad reviews. Unfortunately I didn't do my research and made the mistake to purchase. I have the same problem with them as other people. They don't put on record that you have made payment and turn the vehicle off where we can not use it. Again no late payments have been made. The location has a history of taking people's money and taking the vehicle since they never have a good system to keep record of all payments. We called to file a personal complaint. They answered us that if we are not happy yo return vehicle and forget about down payment or other payments done. So they make thousands of dollars off of one vehicle and the state nor government has stopped them. It's very frustrating that this place is not under investigation.

    June 15, 2024 I purchased a 2006 **** Explorer. On November 9th my girlfriend was driving it from work when the axle broke, in which she had to be cut out the vehicle. I called and reported it to the company and was told "don't worry everything will be taken care of and we'll put you back in another vehicle if you could pay $1000 down and $1000 deductible since they had full coverage on the vehicle". As the weeks went by I didn't here anything else from them. Therefore, since that was my only transportation, I went to get another vehicle. While there I was informed that they put the **** Explorer on my credit report. I called multiple times and even had family members to call, but no answer. When I went to get my belongings out the vehicle, I had a problem with the owner stating that I had to pay before I could get anything. My problem with this company is that I purchased and paid for one vehicle with them. I trusted this company enough to purchase a second vehicle, in which the axle broke and now they don't want to pay plus they put it on my credit. I will be speaking with an attorney because I had this car less than 6 months and the axle broke. I'm sure by now that the insurance company has already paid that truck off. I advise anyone to not use this company!!!

    On August 2, 2024 at approximately 2 PM I purchased a 2008 ****** Prius, knowing that the check engine light was on and that the car needed to be checked. The dealership was alerted to this issue and told me that theyd be able to fix it within 3 to 7 business days. However, within 30 minutes of driving off the lot with the car, a bunch of warning lights appeared on the dashboard that afternoon. I called around 3:30 PM on August 2 and was told to bring it to a mechanic in my own time. I opted to take the car back to the Gainesville location where I had bought it the next day. While on the way to the dealership, the dashboard of the car stopped working. They told me they could fix the car within 3 to 7 business days and to call back soon. It has been 22 days since then. (I understand the need for time to order parts and complete labor, but I havent been given a truthful answer throughout this whole process.) For the last two weeks I have been told that the mechanic is waiting for a part, but sprinkled in those calls have been a mix of affirmation and denial about the attaining of said part. For the past two weeks I have been told that the car would be ready to be picked up on the weekend, but that has not been true. Every time Ive called there has been a lack of professionalism. For example, When I asked to speak to a manager, I was questioned multiple times about why I needed one and then was eventually told that they have no managers on staff. I was also told to rely on my parents because I sound young. They told me last week on the 23rd that my car would be ready for pick up on the 27th. However, when I called today, I was told that it is not ready. I do not believe or trust that the car will be ready anytime soon and if it is ready I do not believe that it will be fixed correctly. I would like to terminate my contract and have my money back. I do not trust this company and I am not willing to give them another chance. I am going to take this to court.

    If I could give a zero i would. I bought a car for ******* and didn't read the paperwork correctly. I did not realize you cannot pay off the car early. Their payments were so high i had my lender approve the loan.When I go to get the payoff it is 15,000.Early payoff fee. As i had just bought it I took it back to them. I am a senior and all i can say is seniors beware. I also lost my $600 down payment. Do not buy a car here unless you have plenty of money to make the enormous payments. They don't allow anything but Buy here **************************

    A 2012 ***** Civic was purchased on 4/13. On 4/15, the vehicle needed new tires. On 4/17, the battery light came on and 4/19 the seller was told the vehicle needed a new air compressor. The company is talking about reimbursement. If a purchaser put money down, and is paying for insurance, the purchaser is not able to wait on reimbursement. Not to mention, the buyer has to still find transportation to and from work.
