      This has to be the most unethical and immoral business I've ever dealt with. They overcharged me $7000.00 for insurance claim, can't explain where that money went. Never ever contract with them

      We have spoken with ***. **** on several occasions and have explained to her about the invoice and her insurance so that she could have a clear understanding. We also mailed her a check in the amount $1,130.

      I hired Crosby roofing in ***** after Helene tore most of my roof off and the salesman promised a seem less experience. The roof was completed, the facia board repaired but the completion/ supplemental process and thus the closing of this claim has been a nightmare. It is now ****.
      I have attempted to Mitigate the process between my insurance company and Crosby to no avail. I have taken all checks disbursed by my insurance company for approximately $15,000 up to the office, since they often do not answer the phone.
      Crosby says they are still working on supplementals and ***** **** says Crosby cannot continue to request money with no proof.
      I had planned to start a refinancing early this year , but cannot until this matter is resolved.
      I have owned many homes and have never had a claim take this amount of time.
      Also
      1. I payed my deductible and had seepage done back in 2024.
      2. I’ve had to have a handyman come back and tack back siding twice that was flapping in the wind . He said the roofers should have caught that.
      I simply want this claim closed!
      Please help!!!

      Hello,

      I am sorry that the experience with the closing of the job has been taken more time than we would normally like. We have had a hard time communicating with ***** **** and hearing back from them has insurance are still very busy at this time from the hurricane. However, to help with the process we will close the job and advise ***** **** that we are closing it so they do not move forward with any supplements. I am sorry that this was not as seamless as normal. We hope this helps!

      Crosby Roofing has their equipment on my property without my permission and they do not pick up the phone They have a dumpster and a lift on my lot without my permission

      We are sorry to hear about this experience! We have been experiencing a very high call volume at this time because of the hurricane and are working hard to return all calls made to our office. It is to my understanding that we have been out to your property and have done a complete nail sweep, removed the dumpster, and lull. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
