  I would not recommend this company due to lack of communication, honesty, and poor work. I asked for a full roof replacement and got the work of new shingles only. There were waves in my roof prior to a tree landing on my home from Hurricane Helene however, I mentioned to them I want everything done right since I am going to pay for a full roof replacement well of course the work doesn't speak for itself. This has been a back and forth issue since January of this year no calls from the owner who I requested to come and look at the work. Once you sign the contract that's it that was the last communication I got. If you want quality work go else where when I complained about the waves in the roof the guy told me I should have a peace of mind no sir I don't because this is not what I asked for not paid for but that was my issue for paying them and expecting them to resolve my issue. The do not know nor care to handle things that is the cause of the issue on their end, for my experience it was all about the money every time some one did call me after the roof was done.

  I called and setup an appointment for my roof damage after hurricane Helene. Kenneth came and looked around for around 15 minutes. Weeks go by and I hadn't heard anything. I call the office and leave several messages. I finally get a call back saying that Kenneth was out (**** ***** ****) i can understand the need for the leave but shouldn't the customer have been informed there would be a delay? What about having another estimator give the estimate. After a month I text Kenneth, he calls and starts talking about my estimate and can't recall anything about his inspection. He complains about what my insurance company found and says it isn't enough to repair the rafters. I have 0 damage to my rafters. He then informs me that his morning was to be spent working out not dealing with customers. He says that since I want the hole in the side of me gable fixed this year I should just find someone else to do the work. I call the office to speak with someone anyone who might be of any help. I am told that nobody was in that could assist me. They would pass along my concerns. I have yet to receive a call back from anyone with Crosby roofing. I can now see that from the top to the bottom of this company a culture has been bread that they don't care and have 0 interest in being honest and courteous. If you are thinking about doing business with them please rethink it. In fact run, run away fast.

  Crosby Roofing repaired our roof in an excellent manner from the very moment of the evaluation and estimate to the completion of the roof repair.
  The repair crew was courteous and professional. The repair crew explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do the roof repair before they began the repair. The repair crew cleaned up everything above and beyond what I expected.
  If you want it done right and at a very reasonable cost then call Crosby roofing company. I am glad we did.

  Crosby's replaced my gutters this past week, very happy with the appearance and performance of the new gutters! The two young men that worked for 3 days to complete the job kept me informed daily on what progress to expect each day and answered any questions I had. They were also very professional, clean and mannerly!

  My house had a few shingles missing...I tried several different roofing companies and Crosby was quick with an estimate which I considered fair...
  After the repair was made a supervisor came to the house and inspected the repair...I was thankful for that....

  This company is not a GAF certified installer of TPO roofing materials. At our church, they started the removal of old roofing and failed to cover the exposed roof properly during a rain storm. Severe damage occured to interior of both floors-library, classrooms and hallways. An inspection of the finished roofing by both a GAF certified installer and and an engineering consultant pointed out improper installation of the mechanical attachments, and incomplete drain installation.
  GAF is notified us that they will not honor their material warranty as it was not installed to their standards. Their contract means nothing.

  Crosby's was great to work with, they arrived on time to give the estimate and later to perform the work. The job was completed promptly and the quality of the shingle replacement looks good. The only blip was the time from I approved the quote and to have the work performed. I understood it would be at least a couple of weeks but I didn't get an estimated start work schedule until I called back.
  I would definitely use them again.

  Save yourself the headache and do not choose this company to replace your roof. Ask to see their 10 year workmanship warranty BEFORE you sign the contract. Otherwise they will slip it to you after you have paid and then you realize that it really only protects them and not you. Be prepared to carefully watch and inspect everything they do otherwise you might find that they put your new shingles over rotten substructures. Oh by the way, that’s not covered in their workmanship warranty. Really poor workmanship, didn’t follow manufacturers requirements, no regard for quality, rushed to finish, and customer satisfaction does not even come into play with them. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
