    To whom it may concern I am writing this email to file a formal complaint. This transaction as transpired. I don't feel like my best interest are being nor have been served throughout thus process. First of all the interest rate you have locked in is above the market rate standard is for a credit score above 720.I have research a few lenders with a by down *****% rate, the cost should be more like $2500 including all lenders fee.They have never been clear with me about why my interest rate was so high and I happen feel that because they an affiliate of the builder and colluding against me and making money on the sale of the property but also charging me a higher interest rate than I deserve.I happen to feel it's because I am a african American, that they are charging me a higher interest rate.Because of the way this transaction as been handle I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, ATTORNEY ************** of Georgia and CFPB I would expect you to respond to this email in a timely manner to reduce my rate and my fees before my closing date August 25, 2022. If we can come to terms i can would considered filing my complaint with the above parties.
