    I hope this review finds its way to the correct parties responsible for horrible experience I had with this company. I dealt with the Element funding company through an advisor named *********************** in the ********* ************** office. I believe the office based perhaps in ********, were the other responsible parties. Whatever office, *******************, ***********************, and *********************** work from is where this complaint is directed to. As I write this complaint from inside my new home, which they just about lost for my husband and I. *********** along with *********************** took us through 90 days of a closing. I was a first time home buyer, and the lack of knowledge and professionalism that was displayed, took every and any bit of joy or excitement from me. And although there is stress associated with home buying, there was undo, detrimental stress added by this company. ******************* who became involved in the situation made it worst after 90 days, and then in a vindictive, spiteful manner proceeded to decline our loan after 90 days of closing paperwork, statements, and monies, claiming a debt to income ratio issue. This is after a conditional approval, after 90 days of putting us the buyers and sellers and realtors through pain and suffering and aggravation. The same debt to income ratio, that we took to another lender and closed us in 2wks! As I sit in my new home, you be the judge, would you work with a company that constantly could not find your personal and financial paperwork, things that had to be repeatedly emailed. No phone conversations for clarity. No phone call for any service recovery. I highly recommend you run the other way for your mortgage needs. The choice is yours.
