    Summary: ordered 4 zipstrings on 11/30 for christmas ($84.67). Still not received by 12/23 so i had purchase 4 more gifts so nephews still had a *************** implies made in ******* ***. ****. Made in ***** Detail: *11/30/2024 Ordered 4 zipstrings for christmas gifts. Order #*****. Site says 2 day shipping after order is received. * 12/12 received Email says shipment was due to arrive on 11/12 has been delayed until 12/14. * 12/16 received Email with tracking number stating shipping label has been created (sounds like it they received their shipment and will be on its way to me any day now).* 12/20 i sent them an email stating that my tracking showed the shipping label was created 5 days ago, but no further updates were provided. I asked for confirmation as to when they will be shipped. Need them for Christmas.*12/20 received Email reply: "GOOD NEWS! Our shipment has arrived! You should see your tracking data update this week!"But wait...they created a shipping label back on the 16th (??)* 12/21: received Email stating: "our shipment has been selected by U.S. Customs Border Control for a random review. Unfortunately, theres not much we can do right now".*12/22: I sent an Email stating my disappointment/confusion as their website implies that they manufacture these and ship from *********************. If that was the case, why would us customers Border Control be holding it? Also, why does tracking show label was created on the 16th and would be ready to ship, if they actually NEVER received their shipment? Border Control has it!* 12/22: received Email stating they actually manufacture these in *****!! (I would not have ordered them if I had know because orders take forever to be received). As for the shipping label, this was the response: "We proactively created shipping labels (which triggered a tracking notification to you) in anticipation of receiving the goods". *1/11: tracking has not been updated. Still only shows shipping label creation.

    So disappointed. I ordered two with extra strings for Christmas on December 6. According to tracking they never left *******. No response from the company to any of my inquiries.

    Placed an order in early December for Christmas. Was promised it would be delivered between Dec 13th and Dec 20th. It is now January 4th, and have not received my order. I have sent numerous emails to inquire about my order, and not one reply. Looking at their ******** page, this seems like a common theme. They take orders, collect money, and then fail to delivery or respond. I have placed a claim into my CC company to reverse this transaction. Do not order from ZIPSTRING
