I purchased 4 zipstrings order number ***** on 11/3/24 Two were opened on Christmas and two were not The opened ones do not work as promised I would like to return all for a full refund Please send a label ***** ***** ******************************************************************************* the company has no phone number that can be used to reach them. I have sent two emails one on 12/27/24 and one on 1/8/25 and no response from either one. Zipstring profusely promised delivery before Christmas. Over and over they promised this through emails as well as on their site. I ordered December 3rd. After the initial order confirmation emails, I never heard anything from the company. I noticed I had not received shipping information for quite some time. Before I reached out, I received an email stating that my order now had tracking on December 16th. Great! Today is January 6th. No movement on the package. They claimed some bogus customs interception story, but I've worked with customs for years and I can tell you this story is a complete lie. A customs intercept does not take this long. They oversold assuming their Chinese production facility would be able to keep up the pace, and they didn't. And now we are dealing with excuses left and right. They are rookie business owners that logistically have no clue what they're doing. I hope they learn from this with their next company as this company will now fail. We're in the process of a large news story on this whole debacle as well. It won't be so hush hush much longer.Business Response

Perhaps they landed in your spam), our shipment continues to be delayed pending the detailed inspection by US Customs. Unfortunately, we dont have a clear timeline for when that will be. Were hopeful that customs will catch up on their inspections soon so we can have our shipment released. I am attaching a letter that explains our shipping & customs delay in more detail and our continued efforts to mitigate.

Ordered 4 zipstrings Dec 1 2024, order #*****. Dec 16 2024 I finally got a tracking number **********************. And this package has moved from ************* GA since that date. Ive emailed 3 times. First time was Dec 10 2024 I did receive a response saying that my order isnt lost and should be mailed out within a few days. I check the tracking every day and it hasnt moved. And no more contact from the company after 2 more attempts. The site says it takes a couple days once ordered to receive shipment. Bogus claim!Business Response

I have checked on our side that the refund was initiated on January 9th. On January 10th the the refund was deducted from our bank. Because the 10th was Friday it took until the following business day or two for the refund to appear in your account. I purchased three zip strings on Nov 30 with guaranteed delivery by December 10. After December 10, I was told that my order would be shipped by Dec 16 and was told it would be here in time for Christmas. Then I received another message saying the order would be shipped by Dec 18. The order did not get sent out in time and no direct responses to my emails have been sent to me in the last week. Now my shipping information is showing for delivery well after Christmas and, again, nobody is responding to my emails or inquiries. Im very disappointed and feel like I was deceived since one of the generic email responses I received said that they didnt receive their inventory as planned on November 24. If they didnt have inventory to fulfill my order, they should have told me that when I tried to place an order on November 30.Business Response

Ordered product on 11/30. Received a tracking number immediately, but it has never updated. November 29th, 2024 - Purchased 3 Zipstring products for a total of $65.96.November 30th, 2024 - Received email stating my order has tracking information December 10th, 2024 - Emailed Zipstring customer service to ask for an update on my order due to the fact that their website says all orders are processed within one business day. - No response from Zipstring.December 11th, 2024 - Emailed Zipstring customer service again asking for an update on my order - No response from Zipstring.December 12th, 2024 - Emailed Zipstring customer service again asking for an update on my order. Received a response stating there is a delay in receiving their product, Product was supposed to be delivered on 11/24/24 and they are now expecting delivery on 12/14/24.December 12th, 2024 - Received a second email response stating all orders will be shipped by December 18th.December 14th, 2024 - Received an additional email from Zipstring stating there is a delay in receiving their product and they are expecting delivery on 12/17.December 17th, 2024 - Emailed Zipstring customer service again asking for an update on my order. Requested if the product cannot be guaranteed by December 24th, then I want to cancel my order and want a refund. Received a response stating it cannot be guaranteed.December 18th, 2024 - Emailed Zipstring customer service again requesting that if the product is not going to be shipped today then I want my order cancelled and I want a refund. No response.December 19th, 2024 - Emailed Zipstring customer service again requesting to cancel my order and issue me a refund. I paid ***** on November 30. Theyve claimed theyve shipped the product twice now and yet all theyve done is printed a shipping label.
