    On November 27,2023, I placed an order for 2 Faja Colombian Tummy Control Shaper. I placed the order as part of a Black Friday sale. My account was charged $129.58 and I never received a receipt or order confirmation. On December 8, 2023, I reached out to the company via their website contact form and no response. Again, I reached out to Keisha ****** ( owner) via ******** messenger since she is posting live videos consistently and received no response. The customer service line no one picks up and they state to leave a voicemail. I disputed the charge with my bank on December 11,2023 as fraud since I never received an order confirmation, the product or response. On December 14,2023 after receiving a notification from my bank, they was shipped half the order. The tracking confirms when this was shipped. I Only received one shaper. As indicated on the slip that does not have a receipt of cost, it states 2 of 2. With only one shaper and one package. On December 22,2023, I called my bank and was told they denied the refund. I wish to be refunded for the products I did not receive and I hope this prevents future customers from falling victim.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    As indicated in my initial complaint the merchant did not send the full order. I ordered TWO body suits which was 50 percent off for your Black Friday sale.  Only ONE arrived. I have not received the other one. I am requesting a refund of my money for the product that I did not receive. Which is one of the Faja Colombian Shapers. The only resolution I want now is a refund, you can keep the product you never sent.  Please refund my money.

    I'm not sure how else to help you. You stated that you only received 1 shaper, which our records shows that 2 were sent. We then turned around and sent the one that you stated was missing and now you are asking for a refund. Your reshipment was received on 1/6. So why are you now are still asking for a refund when you have both items. You did not send anything back. Why should we refund you when you have both items.  12/30 missing 1 faja new tracking usps.com ************************** tracking was emailed to you on 12/30 and delivered on 1/6

    I am rejecting this response because:
    you are a very unprofessional business. I have communicated multiple times in my complaint requesting a refund. How does your records indicate I received 2 when you dont have tags on your items to track your inventory ?When I received the first shipment after reaching out to you, because you never sent an order number or the item, then you only shipped one shaper.  I informed you that I wanted a refund on the product that I did not receive. I told the BBB, and my bank. You decided to just ship which is NOT what I requested. As you can see in the screenshots you sent me a message at 1:44pm and I replied back at 2:38pm, requesting a refund! You decided to ship because you did not want to pay me back what you stole. You are playing an unprofessional fraudulent game and the receipts prove it. Why have you not replied to my email I sent to you rejecting your shipping on December 30th , when I ordered in November? and I instead requested a refund. The BBB can see the attachment and I have attached it here. Not once did you initiate my request for a refund. If you want the item it is still packaged. You can send a return slip.

    On 11/11 I purchased a compression suit, ACV gummies and tea. I have not received my order which was to ship the week before Thanksgiving. Tracking shows the my products are stuck in fulfillment. I have called the company, no one answers, emailed with no response. I do not know how else to contact this company. Order #*****

    I ordered a body shaper 8/16/23. I never received a confirmation email even after several business days of waiting. I have no idea where my order is. All I have is a screenshot of the order number. I have called and texted the customer service contacts listed on ********************** website and have gotten no response. I even wrote her on ********* Nothing. The business is giving scam vibes. I would like communication and information on my order or I will have to take this issue further. I do not recommend this business. **************** is non existent from what I can see!

    customers order was placed on 8/17. Our shipping policy is out our website ***********************************************************

    We ship orders out in 2-3 business days. Which their order was shipped out today 8/22 which is business day 3. 

    We have a huge social media platform responding to us there is not a good form of communication because a lot of times we never will see it. 

    Communication by email was sent on 8/17 as well as 8/22 with tracking. ****.com 420381279305510944102395604130 FYI it takes **** about 24 hrs to update tracking in their system once packages are dropped off. Which is standard. 

    A lot of our customers are really excited with receiving their products due to the inspiration of Keisha which is very understandable. We place our shipping policy on our website so that customers will have an understanding of time frames.

    I placed two orders from this company I have not received one order and the other order did not have the correct size I ordered. $ ****** on support wear I never received and a belly trainer was never received. I am requesting items or refund sent immediately. I will keep the cook book and to large support leggings.

    Im not sure why this is being stated. We have spoken with this customer several times and she is unclear of her orders. We have sent screen shots of all of her orders so that she could see what she ordered. We have sent screen shots of all tracking showing that all orders were delivered. The item that she is stating she never received is not an item that she has ordered. We tried several times to explain and go over her orders but she continues to curse our customer service reps out and being very disrespectful. 

    im not sure how there is an issue but she continues to place orders with us. She has placed 3 orders.
