I placed an order on January 4, **** for the waist trainer and fupa be gone. On January 4, **** i received email confirmation. On January 6th, I received an email saying it was preparing to ship. Since January 11th, the tracking number for **** is still pending in GA as of January 26, ****. It states they have not received the package yet. The order number was *****. I have contacted seller with no response. They sent an email asking for me to rate the product I have yet to receive. I feel this is bad customer service and bad business. I placed an order on Jan 7 and it still hasn't shipped out I want a refund and to cancel I've tried calling and emailing more than 7 xs no answer no reply this company is severely fraudulent and a scam !! I ordered two items (ORDER #*****) on 12/23/23; received an email on 12/25/23 stating items will be shipped soon. I received a shipment confirmation on 1/2/**** (******************************). As of 1/26/24 I still have not received items ordered. The status at **** says **** is still awaiting products. I did send an email on Jan 12, **** requesting an update on the items and did not receive a response. I have not been able to reach anyone through the number listed either. I placed an order on the www.kickweightwithkeisha.com website, on January 11th. ****. At first, I had difficulties with the website accepting my cc information, for whatever reason. However, I reached out to the email address for this company, and I did get a response back and was eventually able to place my order. On January 15th I emailed to check the status of my order, since there was no movement or change with my order, and never got a response back, until January 17th I received an email that I have attached as evidence stating that my order had shipped and provided me the **** tracking number. However, when you track this number via the **** website it shows that **** has yet to receive the package for shipment. So, I have emailed ******************************** again inquiring about my order on 3 separate days, and no response back. Today I called and left a message on her ************ and no one ever picks up or answers this phone number, you always get a voicemail. So. I left my name, phone number, and order number #***** on the voicemail and have yet to receive a callback. So, it has now been a total of 14 DAYS since placing my order on January 11th and I have yet to receive it or receive accurate proof that my order is in route to me. This is unacceptable for any company. I have received no customer service or assistance at all, nor the product that I ordered and paid for. I simply want what I paid for. This issue has made me not want to continue dealing with the company or following her on social media, as I believe social media is how she receives her customer base. Very disappointed, that I had to go this route to even try to get any resolution.Business Response

I placed an order for the Faja and the Fupa on 12/29/2023 a week goes by no tracking number. I sent an email and received a tracking number ****************************** for Order#*****. My problem is it has been saying Pre shipment awaiting item since 1/03/2024. I have sent multiple emails to no response. I even requested a refund because Im tired of waiting. I ordered a Faja on Christmas because of a 60% off sale. I ordered five items on the website on Dec 9. I ordered a tummy control trimmer, a Faja advanced body sculptor, a Faja extreme body shaper, a Faja entire body shaper compression suit, and arm trimmers. The order took too long to ship. I emailed them, but there was no response. I received the order today. The paper shows all five items but only received three. I emailed them and called, but there was no response. I sent her a DM on Instagram, but no response yet. I need to know what happened two the other two items? I need them to either ship them or give me a refund please. Re: Kick Weight With Keisha, is the company name. New Order# *****.I have bought a product earlier in the year before, so I decided to order again from them. BUT this time was very poor communication. Basically NONE! No response to several emails or my calls. Never received my order! No shipping or delivery yet according to **** TRACKER # ******************************. Ordered on 12/09/23. My Order#*****. Multiple emails sent to get an update and even left my callback number on the businrss 800 telephone messages to get an update on my orders. Was my order LOST or Forgotten? It was a Christmas gift that I will not have in time. Not a happy customer, really had high hope for using **********************'s merchandise and starting my health journey. Please refund me my money back at this point. I did really want my items but the customer service is horrible. Never got a live person or callbacks or email update to my concerns. Even went on her live post on ******** and ask for help! Also tried to chat on their chat customer service portal. No response either! But ask me for an email customer review a few days ago; over 3 weeks of waiting for my order and still no delivery. Very shocked and disappointed, feel like they stole my money and abused my trust in the company. Never answers the 800 number always on the line with another customer, the recording says. I placed an order for 2 compression suits (faja's) on 11/26/2023, the items were delivered on 12/06/2023, I reached out to the company on 12/06/2023 and requested information on exchanged, I shipped the items back for exchange on 12/07/2023, received confirmation of delivery on 12/08/2023, sent a email on 12/08/2023 advising that the items for exchanged has been delivered back to the company and advised the exchange items would ship within 3-5 business days. As of today 12/26/2023, I have not received the exchange items, and the company has stopped responding to my request for status. I have emailed, as well as requested a response on the website, and the company has virtually ghosted me. To not respond is very unprofessional. The company responded quickly when I inquired about purchasing, and sending the items back for exchange, but now that I am requesting status of my exchange items I get no response.
