    Re: ****** at j5Create; Request #SUP00112793 October 22 response from ****** regarding my malfunctioning Wireless Display Adapter, Model JVAW76. He told me the model I have has a known history of malfunctioning, and recommended that he would send me a previous model that has proven to function normally. In this same email he said "I have gotten that request submitted for shipping out that device, and ill let you know when it departs here!". Never received the item, nor communication. I followed up in an email on Nov. 20th, but no reply. I phoned the company on Dec. 2nd and surprisingly, ****** answered the call. He said he and a supervisor would check to see what the problem was, and make sure the item gets shipped to me (in ******* SA), and would advise me of same Nothing to date..This is beginning to sound like a 1 person company, working out of his garage. To this point, ****** is proving to be nothing more than a "bullshit artist".*If I don't receive satisfaction, I will bring this matter up with those that manage Best Buy, where I purchased the item.

    Before you get a quote, research this company thoroughly! I wish I had, but now I'm dealing with an unfinished job, ignored calls, and unpaid sub-contractors. Not worth the risk!

    We are very sorry that this customer is experiencing these issues; however, we do not provide sub-contractors with our company. We are a distributor of computer peripherals and believe that the customer may have the incorrect company. Our customer service department does not have any record of any communications with this customer.
