    Main Street DME ***** at 2959 Cherokee Street Suite 103, ******** ******* ***** lists its CEO as ***** ******************************* (DOB Dec 5, 2000). I have never done business with ************************** or his company. Main Street DME billed $1,960 two times (Dec 13, 2023 and Jan 12, 2024) to my ******** Part B account for $1,960 each time under procedure code A4353 - Intermittent Urinary Catheter with Insertion Supplies, 200 units. Main Street DME received payment from ******** for these ********. I believe ************************** and Main Street DME *** are operating a fraudulent scheme to falsely bill ********. I also believe ************************** has wrongfully obtained my personal identification to fraudulently bill ******** for items that I never ordered or received. Accordingly, appropriate authorities should open a fraud investigation of ********************************* and Main Street DME ***. of ********, *******. I also suggest the following durable medical equipment suppliers be investigated that use the same address as Main Street DME as follows: First Step DMI ***.; A New **************** Cherokee DME ***; and ************** ***.

    You also billed my ******** over $19,000 for catheter supplies that I never ordered never use I dont need this kind of supply I dont use this kind of thing and I certainly didnt order this calling ******** and my ******** state, Attorney General

    Just got my ******** Summary and this company billed ******** in my name every month of 2023 about $1900 for a catheter. I've never heard of the company and I've never used a catheter except once after an operation 23 years ago. I contacted ******** and my secondary insurance carrier and let them know. ******** seemed unaware. The only paid the last billing for December of 2023 thank goodness. Zero stars.

    Supposedly, my mother received 200 intermittent urinary catheter with supplies from this company on December 19th, of 2023, ******** was billed 1900+ dollars that we never, EVER received these items. We filed a complaint with ******** and now I am letting people know what this company is about. I suspect they called my mother and they took the conversation as a yes that she needed these supplies and if not, how is ******** getting billed for these "supplies" she never received. Oh by the way, see below comment. If I could give this business no stars, I would!

    Going thru this with my elderly parent being charged $1960 per month for a urinary catheter since March 2023 and just today getting a claim letter from ********* I called ******** and they are checking into it as possible fraud.

    I would like to echo exactly what **************** stated below on 3/14/2024. My ******** account has been charged for Urinary Catheters for dates of service 11/28/2023 and 12/28/2023 which they tried to deliver this past week via *** on 3/16/2024. Due to prior ******** Fraud, I know to REFUSE packages that I do not know about. I am immediately filing a Fraud Claim with ********, Emblem, and with the The U.S. ********** of ******************************* of the ********* General. I am also posting a YELP review of this company as the last time we did this for FRAUD it seemed to help others. The package had ************************* on it, yet ******** Claim is under MAIN STREET DM E, **** ************************************************************************. The *** tracking details today show the package Returned to sender *********, **, ** and signed for by ****. TERRIBLE to scam the elderly, TERRIBLE to scam anyone.

    Main Street DME, Inc. is a scammer. They billed my ******** account $1960 twice for catheters that I do not use. I reported the fraud to ******** and requested a new number.

    This is a scumbag pos scam company trying to rip off ******** by billing random ******** recipients for supplies they never ordered from a company they never heard of until they revived an invoice. They need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

    I'd give a zero if I could! My elderly father is getting notice to file an appeal for charges of catheter procedures obviously that he never even had done, by giving his ******** number... ************ is scamming the elderly!!
