    Sent my old iPad and watch, have confirmation that the package was received and signed for and then nothing. Live chat customer service kept saying wait till end of day for two days and no updates on either website or app and no replys to numerous emails I sent. Next person I take to I am just going to have my stuff returned

    Sent my Oculus Quest to be sold. Before sending, it was in great condition however after they received it and did there evaluation it suddenly had heavy casing damage. Did not receive any explanation as to how this could suddenly happen, or what was actually broken on my quest. Waiting to receive my now broken product. Will update review when I get it. Hopefully they don't just through some other broken quest in the box and say it was mine. Be mindful of what you send to them and document everything.

    I sent in an iPhone that they said it was worth 174$ and I accepted this price. They sent the money apparently but I have yet to see it. They asked me if I could get a bank statement showing the payment was not received. I sent them my bank history showing the payment was not received and I have NOT heard back from them. I want my phone back or my money! I will not be using this service again. I need this resolved ASAP PLEASE HELP! My order number is *******
