    Decluttr provided a quote for my iPad Pro worth a few hundred dollars. The device was in perfect condition when sent to Decluttr. I then received a revised quote for $34 because my device would not power on. I tried working with their customer service team but was told that their highly skilled technicians evaluated my device and a senior staff member validated their assessment. I revived daily emails encouraging me to accept the revised offer (FYI, if no action is taken within 2 weeks, Decluttr will automatically accept the revised quote). I finally asked that my device be returned to me. As soon as it arrive, I plugged it in and it came on. Either the individuals evaluating my device are incompetent, or this is an elaborate scam. They devalue your quote and hope that you will not catch it within the 2-week period or that you will just decided that returning the device is too much trouble. Either way, they get a device worth hundreds and they only have to pay you a few bucks.I have used multiple trade-in companies over the years and I would highly encourage you to use anyone else.

    Impossible to get them to respond. I send them nearly $100.00 worth of merchandise. They did not recognize two items, so I told them to just keep the items. Suddenly, they are not responding to any of my messages regarding the rest of the items. I feel ripped off.

    As such, I have now completed it and payment for the accepted items should be received within 3-5 days. I am very sorry for the delays.

    I have sent 2 shipments of books and movies. Both times I have waited over 2 weeks with no payment and finally, after contacting customer service, I am told that several items were not shipped. I am 100% certain that all of the items quoted were shipped by me. Those items they claim missing were shipped. I am convinced that someone at the company is stealing items from the boxes and then claiming the items werent sent. I will not be sending more stuff to these thieves.

    decluttr I recommend not using them.Tried selling my iPhone 12 pro *** into them. Decluttr said that they didn't receive the phone on time. I checked *** tracking records. *** showed them as close when they first went to deliver it and then Decluttr took four days to process it. I read their terms and conditions and they say that they have to process it within the 28 days. They should be open more and process things immediately. I have sold my iPhone multiple years previously tried this company for the first time and definitely not worth working with them do not recommend them. I have the records and screenshots should anyone try to challenge the review.

    I sold them my Pixel4a phone which is less than 2 years old. The phone is in excellent condition and looks brand new with no scratch or even scuff marks anywhere. They quoted me $143 for it. It has been a week now since I shipped my Pixel 4a in the original packaging and it was received by someone called ****** as the *** tracking says 5 days back.Since it's an expensive item, I looked online, tried contacting them via phone, email and chat and I am now wondering if they are in the business of looting and fraud.They claim that they update the status and pay within 24 hours but that didn't happen and looking at other reviews I am feeling I am actually dealing with a fraud company here.

    I've used Decluttr in the past multiple times and never had an issue up until recently. I sent in a PS4, its power cable, 2 controllers and the controller charging cable. They turned down my item as there was an issue with the buttons, which is fine no big deal. But when they sent my items back, I only got the PS4 back and one controller. Where is the rest of my stuff?! I sent follow *** to which customer service was responsive and apologetic, but that can only get you so far. They apologized and told me they'd send my missing items back...I finally receive their attempt at a resolution only to find a random PS4 controller that's not my own, as well as a power cable that's not even compatible with the PS4. At this point, who even knows if they sent me back MY original PS4 and items that I know for a fact worked. I wouldn't be surprised if they swapped it out for a unit that's defective. Shady business, and it's a shame what they've become. I'm starting to question if there was even something wrong with my PS4 to begin with. Never using them again. I hope you go out of business solely to save anyone else a headache.

    order# *******, I sent an iPhone 8 Plus in new condition to them on 8/24/22 since they offered $82 for it. I got the update from *** detailed tracking service that it had been delivered and received by someone at their location on 8/29/22 however the Decluttr app was still and still is saying awaiting my order and after many annoying attempts to contact them it was ruled as lost/stolen. The issue was sent to claims two times a week ago, and was just escalated to management recently and I have still not received any updates on when I will receive my payment for the item THEY have lost since it was clearly signed for and left *** hands at the address that this company is located at, this company has so far been absolutely horrible.

    My wife and I sold our old phones to Decluttr. Her phone was in great condition and they downgraded the quality saying there were cracks. My phone was lost by Decluttr. *** tracking showed it delivered and signed for on 8/16/2022. When my order did not show as received on the Decluttr website, I sent a support ticket on 8/24/2022. On 8/31/2022, I provided additional information such as the phone IMEI and the *** tracking information (which I got from them anyways). I was told the claims department would be in touch shortly. I requested an update on 9/2/2022 and was told cases are usually resolved in 2 business days. I requested another update on 9/7/2022 and was told, i have chased this up for you with our claims department and shall have an update for your in due course. Now today, 9/12/2022, I have emailed again requesting an update. I also used their live chat to request an update and told it was being escalated. I am afraid I have been defrauded and that Decluttr has stolen my phone.

    I found Decluttr through SellCell. It was recommended as a top website to sell unwanted electronics. I placed a sell order on their website for my iPad Pro and was given an estimate of $410 (inclusive of bonus code from SellCell). Decluttr emailed me instructions for shipping, a shipping label & a packing slip to ship via **** I wiped and factory reset my iPad & put it into its original box. I then thoroughly wrapped the box in bubble wrap and packed it safely into a box for shipping. I handed the box in at my local *** store first thing in the morning on 8/17/22 and tracked the shipment via the *** website. My box arrived at the Decluttr warehouse on Friday 8/19/22 at 9:38am EDT. It was signed for by ******* I expected a confirmation of receipt from Decluttr, as promised on their website, but never received one. I have checked the Decluttr website regularly through today, 8/23/22, for a status update, yet the website still says that they are awaiting my order. This is obviously an expensive item, so I am getting nervous. I tried emailing customer support but received no reply. I was finally able to find their live chat on their website & chatted with someone named ***** today. ***** said my order had been received by the warehouse & was currently under evaluation (not a term used anywhere on the companys website). I asked how long the evaluation process takes & at first she didnt answer my question but told me I needed to use the app, not the website. When I asked again about the time to evaluate, ***** said Unfortunately, only the warehouse the [sic] amount of time they will take. I asked if I could speak with someone in that department; she said no. When I pressed for an average amount of time, she said to give them 48 working hours, which is 8 business days. This is inconsistent with the information on their website which promised payment the next day after we receive your order. I have been incredibly disappointed with this whole experience.

    I can see your order arrived with us on 23rd August, and has been paid for today, 24th August. We aim to complete quality assessment within 24 hours and I can see this was successful on this occasion. 

     

    When an item has been marked as delivered it has arrived at a depot and is then transferred to us by the courier. The item was not received by our warehouse until 23rd. I am sorry that we have let you down on this occasion

    I sent my ************* about a month ago and still havent heard anything back. Ive talked to over 6 different agents and none of them seem to know whats going on. They keep sending it to claims and I havent received an update for anyone. I even talked to *** and they sent the missing package paperwork over to them and Decluttr hasnt responded. They are just so unprofessional. Order # *******
