I bought an extended warranty from Americas RV Warranty when I bought my 2020 40 toyhauler. So far Ive had 2 interactions. The first when I purchased the warranty. Very friendly sales guy, sweetened the deal and made me feel good about the purchase. The second, a year later when one of my front leveling legs quit working. This was not nearly as pleasant as the buying process. First off, the stories coming from the service guy at my local Camping World was completely different than the story coming from the Warranty claims people, so who really knows where the truth is, but all I know is that the warranty company wouldnt cover the total cost of the parts, or the labor. Bottom line is the repair still cost me $432 out of my pocket which was about 30% of the repair cost. Not what the sales guy promised me. The camping world service guy told me they were very difficult to work with, demanding stuff that was impossible to provide, tgen lTer saying they found the repair part cheaper somewhere else and wanting CW to send back the one they had already bought and buy the cheaper one. He said he just felt like they were trying to get out of paying the repairs from the beginning. When I called the claims number, the guy was **** and unfriendly as well. Not a great first impression!

We apologize that you experienced a delay. ***************** was asking or the cause of failure, not a tag number. Unfortunately, the shop took a bit of time getting back to the claims department with that cause, once they received it, they moved forward immediately. In the future, please feel free to reach out to your salesperson directly if you feel any delay is occurring and we are working to expedite the process for you moving forward.
