We were broken down with a tubro problem 800 miles from on a Friday afternoon in the middle of nowhere Illinois we found a repair shop who would work on it while others were 2 to three weeks out. The tubro is covered in our contract. After waiting days for a call to see if was approved which we didn't ever get even after a month we had it fixed and paid. We expected to be approved but finally we were told not knowing that it had to be inspected before the job could be done were never told this even as we tried calling many times with no reply back. I've talked to a few so called managers with no answer. Even on the web site it says do the job and contact us after if you can't get ahold of someone. They don't live up to there commitments.America's RV Warranty

In accordance with the terms of service provided upon the purchase of the policy, set forth by our administrators, we kindly emphasize the importance of obtaining prior authorization before commencing any repairs. It is a crucial step that falls under "your responsibility to ensure that the Repair Facility initiates contact with the Administrator to secure authorization for your claim, along with a Claim Authorization Number. Failing to obtain the necessary authorization may regrettably result in the denial of benefits. Please note that the amount authorized by the Administrator represents the maximum coverage for repairs as stipulated within this Agreement. Any additional repair costs must receive prior approval. In the event of a breakdown occurring after the Administrator's normal working hours, it is imperative for the Repair Facility to make contact with the Administrator on the first available business day."
We wish to clarify that the delay in the review process was not attributed to us. We were provided with less than 24 hours to assess the estimate before substantial repairs were undertaken. The estimate was submitted on 9/20/2023, and the repair was completed on the afternoon of 9/21/2023. When we contacted your shop, we were informed of these timeframes,which, as an industry standard per the administrator, fall beyond our control.The denial email was promptly sent to you, including proof of the communication, within one hour of the shop notifying us of the work's completion.
We are pleased to hear that your two other requests were fully covered, and that you were satisfied with the resolution. It is of utmost importance that we adhere to the agreed-upon terms of service to ensure the best possible outcome from your policy, as has been experienced by others with ARV Warranty.
