  Absolutely terrible service. Missed ********* call and it's your fault got to wait until next week and hope they pick it up. Driver crushed my can and told me he requested a new can for me, after waiting a couple of weeks, called **************** and they wanted to charge me for a new can. At that time I canceled my service, several months later still receiving threating past-due bills for a service I canceled months ago. Called CS again, no help... Stay away from Waste Connections Georgia at all costs.

  We cancelled service at the beginning of August because of bad service from the company. Not to mention the fact that their pricing was through the roof. We were told to have our bins at the curb August 28th for pickup. Needless to say, they did not come pick up the bins. This is typical of their service. I will have to call them again today.

  Waste Connections of *************** is extremely unreliable since under new ownership. Recycling is NEVER picked up on time, yet prices continue to increase. They promise to return for the missed pick up but they never do. They also no longer pick up overflow trash. My neighbors have had several bags of trash sitting on the curb for over a month which is attracting all sorts of vermin. Although ****** Farm subdivision does not have an HOA somehow the Mayor of Kennesaw has contracted Waste Connections of ******* to be the sole provider of our subdivision and no other trash service will pick up trash in *****************************. This is extremely unjust.

  Deteriorating service is consistently the norm for this business. As a former customer for years, they have missed pickups for trash more often than not. The worst is the recycling delays and missed pickups. I finally cancelled the service, and sure enough, it's been a month and the old cans are still here.... they have rescheduled the pickup seven times. I lost count of the number of calls regarding their cans decorating my front yard. I'm afraid of moving them because they "might" show up and then the process would be repeated.

  Zero star for the worst trash service provider in *******. I have been trying to get them to pick up the empty trash cans for months because I cancelled the service. Every time I call they give me a date that turns out to be a lie. DON'T USE THEM. THEY ARE WORTHLESS!

  A month of trash service missed plus a myriad of other issues until I finally cancelled my service. That wasn't the end however, they then missed 5 separate dates to pick up my trash can. Each time resulting in me calling them with the service reps guaranteeing they will pick it up and call me back. Neither ever happened and now I am permanently stuck with a trash can. This company is the most incompetent I've ever dealt with.

  ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! They have missed approximately 1 out of 5 pickups. Calling their so called "customer service" is an effort in futility. On hold for up to 45 minutes only to be disconnected. It seems that the only way to stop service is to simply not pay them, which is what I plan to do.This company needs to be run out of business.

  Waste connection recall me after few my calls and writing a bad review. They didn't answer me, why on their page there is an information that is incorrect, when you provide you address it says that you should pay 168 but when I asked the woman she said me another, less price. That's why I was had to look for another company. I lost a lot of time.

  My neighborhood's trash is still sitting outside from last week. Waste connections will not answer their phone. If you click on the link to cancel your service, it tells you to call them. So they haven't picked up our trash, and we can't cancel because they won't answer their phone. Ask me if they cashed our checks
