5 starsExcellent, simply excellent. The technician, *****, corrected the problem at the root cause that was overlooked by two previous companies. He was detail-oriented and efficient in his approach to the problem. After correcting the problem, he went on to check my water pressure and tightened a nut on a dripping valve. It was a Friday afternoon at work, when our break room and storage room became flooded as water was shooting out of our water heater. (Thank goodness we hadn't left for the weekend yet). We turned off the water and I called our ************* we needed a new water heater. Our HVAC people couldn't handle the plumbing part of it and recommended a company (******) that merged with Sundial. Called, spoke to a live person, and had appointment first thing Monday morning between 8 & 11. At 8am sharp on Monday, they called to let me know that their guys were on their way. They came, assessed the situation, went and got us a new one that would fit. Came back, it would fit, gave us a price (that included everything - no hidden fees), installed it, tested it, ran our credit card and we were very happy. They were responsible, polite and professional. We hardly knew that they were here. Best experience we, as a company, have ever had with plumbers and it will be 14 years that we are here at this location. Thank you, Sundial - job well done. We won't hesitate to call you if needed.

5 starsHello, I had Sundial Plumbing replace the underground main water line from the road to my home (~70'). The estimate was reasonable, and replaced polybutene with PVC. They did an excellent and timely job, ensuring that the proper connections were made to the street and the home, and left minimal disruption to the landscaping. Both plumbers were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and not the pushy sales type that their competition was. I was very impressed with the quality of the work, the tools and materials they used, and the quality of the workmanship. I have used this company in the past and will use it again. We have had excellent service from Sundial Plumbing. The quote and pricing were fair and clearly stated. **** completed multiple jobs for ** during a kitchen remodel. He is by far the neatest and more detailed oriented plumber we've had at the house. **************** is awesome too.Sundial Plumbing

This is a plumbing company that does everything right starting with the people who answered my call. Making an appointment was easy and the plumber, ****, showed up right on time. Pricing was fair and clearly explained. When the job turned out to be more complicated than originally thought, the additional work was explained and quickly done. While **** was working on replacing two faucets, my son had an accident in the basement, breaking the *** drain for a laundry sink and the washing machine. **** took the time to explain how it could be fixed for just $15 and gave my son complete instructions. The service was great, and I will definitely use Sundial again, plus recommend them to friends.Sundial Plumbing
