      I am writing this review after experiencing a series of unfortunate circumstances at the facility. To began, we booked a party plan and upon arrival to the *** room, none of the included services had been set up. My guests and I had to decorate for my daughter which was not acceptable. Secondly, a huge safety concern arose when one of the children got her leg stuck in the netting of the playground and none of the employees could figure out how to render aid in a timely and efficient manner. The young child was hurt and traumatized while the safety officers stood there with no solution on how to free the child. When asked how to get to the crying child they simply said I dont know. There was not even any type of first aid kit offered. Then to complicate matters further, the cards given out for the children to use for games were faulty and did not function as intended. The most devastating part of the experience was seeing the scared look on the childrens face when the police were called to ****** us out for being unruly. We never raised our voices and always communicated our needs to staff in a calm and respectful manner. It was truly shocking as we stood at the counter trying to pay our bill only to be approached by officers stating we needed to leave. We were never asked to leave and in fact were told we could stay in the facility until the place closed. Communication and training need to be greatly improved at that facility. Not only was it traumatic and frightening for the children to witness the police being called on their mother but it was unnecessary and embarrassing to be treated in such a degrading manner. I tried to reach out to management and the owners and have been completely ignored.
