    I have spent over $45000 on solar panels and back-up home battery beginning in 2019. My solar panels were installed in 2019, and back-up home battery in 2021. Since the installation of my home battery, I have had dozens of issues with communication between the two systems. I have email record of my issues going back over two years with multiple people within their maintenance department documenting these issues. My system fails to perform as advertised, and I've been promised on multiple occasions to have a service team come fix these issues. I've had service teams come to my house following these issues, but each time they left without resolving the issue. Most recently, I was told that the service team would only come fix my issue if I removed a negative ****** review I left on the company. In September 2023, I was told that parts were being ordered to fix my issue, but despite multiple emails and phone calls, no one has returned my calls or attempted to reach me to resolve my system issues. If you read reviews of this company on ****** and ********* you'll see that hundreds of customers have had issues.
