      Team 9 was professional and kind!They did a fantastic job with the windows and French door!They were very neat and cleaned up the mess and they made it!!!       They were inconsistent and inefficient least to say. First time in August 2023, I ordered 33 windows and the it was supposed to be a "finished product", but the installation team refused to paint the new sheetrock and the new trim they added. This time, I ordered 5 windows again from since the price and the product were good. We paid a 50% deposit. Within a week, the salesman demanded $2000 more to proceed with the order saying they underestimated the work. I argued that after signing a binding contract and depositing my check, how can you ask for extra money!! The salesman said - My way or Highway !! At the end, they realized the legal consequences of this demand, they agreed to honor the contract. A month later, they scheduled an installation. The installation team left doing nothing since the required prep work was not ready yet. Fast forward. Another day was scheduled for the prep work team. A large cutout in the wall had to be made. The team was not competent enough to carry out such a job that required structural design change. They were cautioned that the structure they are preparing was unstable but they didn't bother. Furthermore, they also cut a live electrical cable outdoor and left without attending it. Funny enough, there were some dead TV wires and security wires exposed during the work that they refused to remove. I cut them with my pliers and removed them. Come to finishing stage. The window installation team while wrapping up, tried to cover up a 2" gap between the sheetrock and the window seal by the trim work. Luckily, I was present and didn't let them do it.They are highly unorganized operation. Be prepared to have some wasted work time. If you have any cutouts to be made in the wall, hire a structural engineer to oversee the work. Be firm dealing with them. They will bully and if you are weak, you will lose.

      The entire process was smooth and we were kept aware of the status in timely phone calls. The installation was smooth, professional, very thorough and *****'s crew were all conscience of completing the project safely and with high quality workmanship. The windows and patio doors are excellent. Highly recommend this company!

      ******'s installation team was seriously fantastic, they were thorough and efficient with our 34 window and 1 door install. ****** answered all questions I had during the install and when everything was completed and cleaned up I couldnt have been happier! I am glad I used Window World for this project.

      ****** did an outstanding job! Very professional!!! On time and was very detailed in what he came to do. He replaced the slashes and inspected all the other windows. Great job!

      I have made two purchases from the company and the sales representative ** ** is a smooth person to deal with I know because I used to get paid a lot money to train sale associates for over 40 years.Spent a day telling a class for 7 hours three thing three 3 things but the key was how to use them to close.

      The installation was timely and very efficient. ******* and his crew were diligent in doing their work and made every effort to ensure everything was done properly and they did a great job! They also made sure the area was left clean.

      The installers did a great job. Showed up on time. Very experienced and described the process and cleaned up afterwards. The windows were as expected and look great.
