    He told me I needed an alternator and a new battery. Total over $1100 I said ok! The battery and alternator was replaced, they kept having me waiting not saying nothing. All to find out the negative wiring cable was severely damaged.That part is on national back order and weve been looking for it for over a week. So I called U **** and told them I was coming to get the car and take it to the mechanic.Once I got there my car was parked closely between two cars touching a tree. My floor mats was full of mud my hood light was on but the hood was ********* I begin to pull off I stopped to see why the hood light was on.:Engine cover was just laying there:Battery cover just laying there :Company notebook just laying there:Hood latch is offset: Fluids, running from the reservoir holes: The housing cover for my air filter was damage.:Complete wheel cover missing + screws :Driver door scratches that wasnt ********. Winn and his wife and a younger caucasian, boy was looking at the things I named above, Mr. **** didnt have a clue or no words to say. His wife was noticeably frustrated with his lack of response.She told me to leave the car and they would take care of it today..The mechanic **** who did the repairs just called lying, saying he didnt have to move anything in the area where the leak is sounding like hes trying to clear his mistakes.He acknowledged he left the things under the hood unattached because he didnt know when I would pick up the car. (Unacceptable still) I went back, the owner Mrs. **** told me on yesterday that the damage will be rectified today. When I arrived she stated that she was trying to get the parts from the savage yard, she stated ******** has the part but she wasnt welling to pay over $80 for the part. Ive paid them in full, just to have my car towed there and back and out of rental car for two weeks, and repairs plus towing services twice. Not one apology not fixing anything. She left the building and drove off.

    Ms. ******** called saying that her car had put her down on side of the road and was referred to us. she spoke with the technician and he said it sounds like her alternator. Based on what the customer described we said it was determined that it was the alternator. Customer had the car towed in and becasue thier were other cars ahead of her and the weather we did not get to it right away. Before the job was started the customer was called because the tech noticed that her battery cable was damaged and that her battery was the incorrect size. Customer checked into this and found out the battery was the incorrect one. The customer speak of damages under her hood however, in order to install the alternator you go have to take off the passanger side tire so anything other than the battery we did not have to touch. Yes the wheel well cover was not put back on as we were waiting for the results of finding the cable as the customer as well as the shop was trying to locate the part. We were able to get intouch with the dealer but they said that part was on back order for maybe 4 months and did not know when it would come in. So yes we were still trying to find the part. We were not aware of the customer coming to pick up the car until she showed up at the shop and stated she found the part but the person that has it was going to charge her x amount for it and to install it. We did not drive the car as we pushed it in and out of the shop becasue of the battery cable issue. While waiting to try and find the part the wheel was put back on customer car and pushed out of the shop so that we could work on another car while waiting for the part. That way once the part was located and we were able to install it we would have been able to make sure it was running and the wheel well cover would have been put back on the customer assumed that we were going to purchase this part on her behalf but becuase we did not damage anything. If you look at a ******* video on how to install this part you will see the only thing that was needed to be touched would have been taken the battery a loosed and upon doing so that is when the electric tape on the cable fell off. We kept the customer informed on what was going on with her car the entire time it was here. As for the tree there are no trees on the lot that would have caused any damage to the car. As for the floor mat that would have been cleaned off as the weather of snow and dirty before she would have picked up the car but as she stated she just showed up with a new plan as for having someone else repair the wire so we did not have time to clean of the mat which was surface dirt as well as the part for the wheel well. To have been towed in yes we repaired what we stated we would do but to be towed out was out of all of control becasue we were not going to be splicing or cutting wires and the only person that seemed to know what was wrong with it as for how to manipulate the wires was her compainion. So an apology was made to her by the worker. As last my knew she stated she was going to go pick up the part that is Ms. ****** stated she would go pick up the part and the technician would have put it on so there was no need of her staying at the shop as she had other business to attend to.
