    The owner Jalin is a con artist. Barber Nation was a scam product that keeps changing ******* accounts to avoid CBs. This company **** me $10,000.Their CX # is hidden and you're better off reaching them at seven seven zero, three fifty-one, two thousand ninety two Hopefully this helps other people who've been scammed by this guy. Lots of content about how he's been black listed from the ecom world for similar scams.

    I ordered a barbers chair from this company thinking I would I get what I paid for. Then they cancel the order a month later. And now wont clear the refund/check. Pay pal is telling me their e check isnt clearing. And I cant even leave a voice mail bc their mailbox is full.

    I purchased from them over six months ago. Never heard anything from them. When I reached out they said we will try to expedient your order and offered me a free item. Then months later when I inquire again said the same thing and offered me another free item today I get an email stating that they canceled my order after six months and I did not cancel it. They did. SCAM

    BUYER BEWARE! Order in the ammount of $389.99 placed 1/15/24. At that time ****** told me via messenger 3-5 weeks for delivery. 2/22/24 I used the same message thread to get an update. "Orders are taking longer than anticipated and we can't give you an estimate on how much longer". 3/14/24 I used the link in my confirmation email to check my order status. "Error 404 website not found". I sent a screenshot of that to the same message thread. 3/15/24 I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. A few hours after disputing the charge I got a reply from the screenshot trying to tell me thier servers were down. I replied that I had already disputed the charges. They said they canceled the order and requested a full refund. Got an email that they issued a refund. Contacted,my credit card company on 3/20/24 that the company had issued a refund. However, they have NOT issued any refund and my dispute remains open. I know I'll get my money back because I have everything in writing. Don't even try with this company. I honestly think they're an outright scam.

    Hello, When you request a chargeback with your bank, we can no longer do a refund and have to go through the chargeback process. We have refunded the bank, and they will let you know once the investigation is over, when you should expect those fund back into your account.     I placed an order with this company. Never received a confirmation that it was shipped. So two weeks later after many attempts to contact them. I finally received a email. At that time I asked them for a refund of my order which was never received. Now over a month later I have no refund and no product. How is this company allowed to just continue to operate and take peoples money. How can this be called a business there scamming people that work hard in the ****** industry and no one can shut this business down??

    Very untrustworthy company. I never received my order (Turbo Jet Blower) that I placed before Christmas 2023. Its now February ****. I received one correspondence telling me when I should receive my order but that day has come and gone. Ive been noticing a lot of customers have experienced the same thing. I would not recommend this company.
