This shoe customization business is at best a scam for the small people if that makes sense because he reels you in with the promise to design a pair for you the way you both agree upon just to change up once he receives your money. In October of 2022, I spoke with **** for 2h and we went over the concept of the shoe that I expressed I wanted for a photoshoot. This shoe was designed around the death of my baby brother. **** was very excited and came up with simple design features and told me he would have the shoe by Thanksgiving Nov., 17th to be exact. He then changed it to before Christmas. Let's just say when that day came I did not have the shoe and I think I only saw a picture of the colors I wanted to be sprayed on the shoes. There was nothing else added at that time. He told me I am tired and had been on my feet due to working on previous orders before yours and I was sympathetic and was like ok when will you work on mine and have them ready because now it's two months past the deadline! He told me by the end of Jan., 2023! I was like ok, but the promises he made about sending email updates of the progress were all a lie, then told me I do not have an assistant and I had to stop doing that for customers as if I do it it will take away from my work. When I did see the shoe the 2nd time it was from a random video he posted and my pair was sitting on the table. By then there was a glued-on swoosh, handcuffs, and paint splatter which is not what we agreed on! I immediately told him that was not what I was paying for. He did not like the fact I said they were looking like a 3rd-grade glue project. He then went on to tell me via text about his wife leaving him and taking all his money and how he has been living in his work studio and all this unrelated information except for why my shoes were not being made as promised nor ready. I requested a refund and he me to stop contacting him and my little $500 was nothing! He wanted to PayPal me which I do not have.
