    I had submitted a complaint on 14 Nov 2024 regarding an E-Mail contract to the BBB requesting a refund! Reason complaint no longer there because this is a very dishonest business they are running! I trusted this ******************** Owner of Under One Roof Services LLC or as they also call themselves ************************* to be honest and trustworthy! I found out they cant get any worse then that! Long story short 14 Nov 2024 agreed to epoxy flooring in garage! Material never came in kept saying soon! Total of 5 calls mad to Owner reference material! 14 Nov owner advised material should be in by 25 Nov 24! I wanted to cancel that is not what we were told! Was advised I signed E-Mail contract! Never heard of such thing! Conversation got bad told Mr ******** need to stop this now! He continued texting me calling me a liar I am not a Republican must be a democrat have it on text! Unbelievable for a business man to behave in such a manner! It gets worse I received response from BBB. Was so shocked i called Mr ******** and was speechless when he said he did note wrote this someone in his office must have done this. Their response was that I went on tangent rampage and kept hanging up on them! I have all my phone records! How can anyone lie like this!! This is pure EVIL! What people do for money so sad! Anyhow Mr ******** offered to give me a full refund! There it shows again the Evilness! I truly believed this man! He said he had a bad day and I am a forgiving person I said I will get on phone right away and see if I can have my initial complaint removed! Which I did even went so far to send him the BBB email to show him that they had removed it! I was waiting patiently for him to come by my hose to return refund! He said by last Fri22 No! He even asked which form cash or money order Replied his choice! Boy I fell for it again! He has been ignoring me the whole time! All calls go into direct voicemail! Even texted that I will end up in small claims court! N answe
