    People need to be aware of this Business. On 1st of Nov I requested an estimate from this company to apply flooring to our garage! I ended up being told they are running a special for Halloween you get $500 credit! Flooring estimate was $ 2600 minus $ 960 check I wrote to him! The gentleman were came was very nice and talked with us for a long time! Next day I realized that I had absolutely nothing in hand proof that I given him a check no contract or anything! Called and had been advised by Mr ******** that he had send me an email with all Info on it! At no time did he send or gave us anything wheel here in my home! Was waiting patiently to get a call to schedule an appointment! Called on 11/924 and asked what was going on! Been advised the material should be there any day now! Well now 11/14/24 I decided I do not want to go with this business and cancel the whole thing! Called left message and received call back few minutes later! Mr ******** advised me that I am under a contract even though I never signed anything reason being I gave him a check and that makes it binding! He as a matter of fact was very nasty when I questioned the fact about being binding! He stated that he advised me it would take at least 2 weeks to receive material. Which I replied there is nothing in writing about when he would get the material! So in other words he can just change the dates to whatever! I am 72 years old and have never heard of a binding contract by writing someone a check! So I guess I am at his mercy to get this job done whenever! Reason for writing this complaint is I do not want other people to get involved with a business like this! Please be careful when you hire someone! Especially for us the elderly! All I want is my deposit back and move on, but the way Mr ******** behaved I dont believe he would do the right thing! Being like a Christian man he claimed he sure did not sounded like this on the phone a little while ago! I am still hoping he will do the right thing!

    I am the owner and I was the nice man who came out and did their estimate so I know what all took place. I sat down at their kitchen table and put the estimate together on the app that I use for it. I also made sure that they did receive the email with the estimate and was able to open it. Her husband said yes that he received it. I explained to them that the contract is a part of the estimate. Not only did I tell her when I was there for the estimate that it would take about 2 weeks or so to get product and materials in and then I would call with an install date but its also stated in the contract. She called my appointment setter up, who is my son, and was asking him about the install date. I called her to remind her of what I told her the day of the appointment. She wasnt satisfied with that response and then went off on a tangent. I tried calling her back to talk to her but she kept hanging up on me. I called her back and finally reached her and let her know that I got an eta on my shipment with her materials and told her that we can be out the next Friday. She said that she would have to check her schedule and then proceeded to go on another tangent. I guess she went on the BBB and saw a negative review that was already taken care of and satisfied and decided she wanted to cancel. I told her that her product has already been ordered and arriving next week so its too late to just cancel. She decided to start posting negative remarks and posting screenshots on my ******** page and under my ads. Now this bad review on here for a job she contracted me to do and hasnt even allowed us to come to do. Its incredible how one person can be so vindictive because they feel they are so entitled. Theres a contract, product ordered and a tentative install date has been given to her. Simple as that. Our contract states that if product has already been ordered and shipped that she is not entitled to her full deposit. She actually laughed at me and said she was going to contact her attorney and have a lot of fun with this. What kind of person does this? Ive been doing this business since 2019 and have done over 800 floors and majority of my customers are awesome people. We are a small family owned business and this lady feels so entitled that she is maliciously targeting me. I dont care what her age is and for her to imply that she is some frail old woman is quite the contrary.

    What a shame! ** ******** told me on the phone he had not seen this reply someone in his office must have done that! I was so shocked kind of speechless and saddened! ** ******** offered to give back full refund! Maybe he was just as shocked about the lies being told! Been waiting patiently since 14 Nov 2024 for him to come by my house to give us the check! I guess I fell for the scam again! He was supposed to come by 22 Nov 24! As a matter of fact he is ignoring all messages and texts! All I can say its Evil what people will do for money! I guess they need it really bad! Again I am saddened I thought he would do the right thing but oh how wrong I was twice! Just stay away from a business like this! By the way ** ******** it is not that I couldnt afford it and changed my mind! Just had a new roof put in my home and did an upgraded version! Did not change my mind! Had a full house water system installed a couple of months ago, did not change my mind! ** ******** i wish you lots of luck and happiness you are the one were has to live with your conscience!

I am prepared to go to ************** an file a small claim! I cannot let people like this get away with this! No moral or conscious! Just eating money greedy really greedy! I am just mad that I fell for this twice! Trusted him to give me the refund like he said! Sad ver sad! But theres always karma! Also he will loose quite a bit of business because I will warn people on all my media accounts! So what ever happens I put it in gods hands! Should I not get my money back then he needed it more than I do! Want to thank the BBB for helping me with certain things! Thank you

    They started on our patio surrounding our pool in December 2024 and as of August 22 2024 they still arent finished. There are multiple flaws and the sand sitting on top of it keep sticking to our feet and coming into our home and is ruining our hardwood floors. Their original excuse for the flaws was that their guy got there too late in the day and it was too dark for him to see well enough. Theyre further excuses for not coming out and finishing it have been that its too hot or that its too cold.
