      Seller has no intention of shipping my full order. They acknowledged they had not shipped the full order and are now avoiding communication. I attempted to settle this in good faith with the seller.Order placed on Friday, 11/29/24. Partial order delivered on 12/20/24. Still missing "I Only Listen To ******** **** Pink Mesh Custom Embroidered Hat" and "Tree Farm Embroidery Hat." I contacted the seller at their customer service text line (1+ ************) on Friday, 12/20/24 letting them know I did not receive the two hats. 12/20/24 - Seller responds "Good evening and thank you for reaching out. There shouldve been a note in your package letting you know the other items were shipping separately."Thursday, 1/9/25, I reply to the seller: "Hi, I hope you can see the previous text for reference. Still havent received the *********************** hat or ********* hat. Can you confirm that these are indeed shipping? Order placed 11/29. Thanks"No response from seller. Monday, 1/13/25, I respond: "Hello, hoping you can look into this and get back to me. Thanks. order #******, reference above"Seller responds 1/13/25: "Good afternoon. Thank you for reaching out! Im sorry about the delayed response. I will make sure that these hats get shipped out to you ASAP."Thursday, 2/13/25 (one month from last contact), I text the seller: "Good morning, its been a month since the last update from you where you said the hats would be shipped ASAP. Should I just assume I wont get the ******* ****/********* hats from my order placed in November and contact my credit card company and *******? Ive ordered over 14 hats from *** in the past year - quite the shame it has to come to this. Ive been patient to a fault."Seller has not responded at the time of this complaint, 2/15/25.
