      Ordered a hat and paid for 2 day shipping. The hat spent 5 days in transit so I requested a refund on my shipping. I was told blame ***** its not our fault!I asked several more times for shipping back and was told we dont refund shipping. So finally I said ok, I will have my credit company refund the shipping and share my experience with others. Thats when the owner started harassing me on the phone over text and mentioned me in their stores on social media. Totally unprofessional behavior!

      I ordered 4 hats for $150 and only received one in the mail. Order status says all 4 are delivered that is a lie. I call and get no answer but a message plays that says we do not check our voice-mail on this number. I leave a text with picture evidence and still no response. Do not waste your money on this company that can't even double check its orders before shipping.

      When I first stumbled across this company I came here to read a review, and Ill I found was one complaint i reached out to Old School Hats to voice my concern, and ask some questions. To my surprise I received an answer back within minutes! He answered every question and left me no doubt that the complaint was an over exaggeration. The customer service alone was top notch. I received my hat in less than a week, and will continue to get all my new trucker style caps from them. Id recommend them to anyone looking for unique hats you will not find anywhere else. Great company very down to earth, and accommodating owner
