    In June 2022, I contacted Renewal by Andersen of Atlanta to purchase and install bay windows and patio door. They came to the house and measured the installation and I executed some paperwork to finance the cost with ******** for $7924. To date, they have not installed windows or a patio door and give me the runaround when I have called to find out about the product installation. I want to cancel the contract and finance agreement.

    We have communicated with the customer several times to complete the installation of the customer's project.

    09/07/22 - Scheduling spoke to homeowner to schedule the installation of windows on 11/2/22 with a notification that the door would arrive at a later date.

    10/13/22 - Text sent as a reminder of installation date

    10/27/22 - Welcome Packet sent via email

    10/31/22 - Installation date reminder sent via text

    11/02/22 - Field Supervisor called customer to notify her of the install crews ETA and she state she would not be home and would like to wait until door arrives.

    We have all windows and doors in our warehouse and are ready to install as soon as possible.

    This business has been flooding me with spam emails for several years now. I can unsubscribe all I want but it does not work. This is outrageously unprofessional and they need to stop this predatory behavior

    We had 20+ windows and doors replaced by Renewal By ********. Every window and French door was to be replaced. They company never contacted me after the initial consultation and follow up contractor walk through. There were issues left unanswered like the doors were possibly going to be done at a later time due to custom creation. I was not given a notice until completely new contractor's showed up to work. They were two windows short. Throughout a 3-4 month wait for the work to start I never received a call back from attempts to talk to RbA local office. The sales person for my order would sometimes take my call but never respond back after that to my questions. When the new contractors showed up to install, as I said they were two short. I and they tried to address this to RbA but they were told install what you have and I never was called or contacted in any way. I have attempted to call since windows and doors installed but still no return calls. Initial agreement was March or April. Install was late June. I still have not got a answer why theres still two windows to get replaced and installed.
