    I purchased a vehicle August 10, 2024 from Georgia auto gallery in *******. Two days later my car cut off while I was driving and my check engine light came on I called the office and they told me to make a service appointment. The 3rd day the alarm was going off all times of the night and I wasn't even aware that this vehicle even had n alarm because they never even gave me an alarm key so I called them again asking for my money back and they were telling me that I couldn't get my money back to just being it in to get service so when I bring them their 500 reminding few on August 17th they told me it's nother they can do and as I left it cut off on while I was driving on the highway and that was the last straw for me I want my money back, I only had the car a week and i have so many problems

    I purchased a vehicle on April 29th I told them of some issues that needed to be fixed the radio was disconnected and that was concerning and they assured me that they will fix it right away I'll call for a service appointment several times never able to get to anyone to get an appointment finally I called again and got an appointment but conveniently the car quit out on me the night before my service appointment got it told to the shop and they said they were going to fix everything that needed to be fixed come to find out I needed an alternator so I pay half on that alternator for getting fixed mind you they never fix the things that originally need to be fixed as far as the radio and the actuator pick the car up supposedly getting fixed and she said that I would have to bring it back later to get the radio fixed she said that they drove the car and everything was working fine just to find out after picking the car up from getting the alternator fixed that the air went out and so I asked her if they drove the car then they knew that the air was out brought it in to get it looked at to see if I needed to get refrigerant for the vehicle and they told me no it was an ac seat compressor I broke down and started crying because I did not have any money to get the AC professor fixed I just got the alternator fixed and I used the vehicle for deliveries so I was already out of work for a week and a half when the alternator went out driving the car a few weeks later with no AC with temperatures reaching over ************************************************************************************************************************************************************* another vehicle unless I had another down payment mind you I already paid $2,000 now for this vehicle Plus 320 every 2 weeks for a car note and also just paid half of $900 to get the alternator fixed when I went to purchase the car I said I needed a reliable vehicle and they assured me that the vehicle is reliable

    I purchased a 2013 ******* Tucson on April 4th by April 20th i was stuck on the highway. Between 4/4 and 4/20 i contacted the dealership several times and even brought the car back for a service appt. Upon getting to appt i spoke with service manager and she stated being i changed the gas and put a fuel treatment in to take until Saturday which was the 13th and see if things are better. I did and called left a message about how the car was doing. Later on that day white smoke again. So 4/20 the car makes a noise engine light comes on and the car shuts off on highway. Its towed to dealership and has been sitting since. All i heard was theres a motor or engine issue. The service manager i have not been able to speak with. Every time i call shes busy and to leave my name and number for a return call i never got from the first message. I have lost two business contracting opportunities as i use my vehicle for work and have been having to make other arrangements for transportation for my childrens practices and My children have to picked up due to testing next week. I have been to the dealer 2-3(paying for rides) times this week with no resolution and to make matters worse to get a trade, i would either have to down grade,pay taxes to transfer on top of more of a down payment or wait til they decide to even start on my car to be fixed. Mind you i test drove two additional which sound like they would break down upon leaving.I wont get a refund or my note i paid doesnt even go towards anything. Just wasted money. Im in a bad position and stuck in limbo with no clear answer and money down the drain.I would need a resolution because this is not right.

    on September 22 , 2020 *************** sold me a used vehicle and forced me to get their insurance on the car and not even a whole 24 hours I ran into a issue they told me to bring the car back and the issue got worse , they started demanding that I pay a car Note EVERY WEEK And my last payment they took my money and my car . this is a scamming place and they need to shut this company down for fraud and i would like every dollar that came out my pocket from this company I've been fighting for my money back for years and hopefully people would see this complaint before buying a car from this company . I've Lost Over $8,000 To ************************

    Date: 10/20/23 Towed car with a promise to pay on 10/20/23. $500 Called to see where car was they didnt know and said they were going to call back. I called back then they said it will be $2590. All was behind only $265

    I purchased a used vehicle with dealer warranty on February 27, 2023 from Georgia auto gallery. I made the owner aware of the issues wrong with car before I drove of the lot and was promised that the issues wrong with the car were going to be fixed free of charge I just had to call that following Monday to make a appointment. *** the owner told me it was the cv axel to why the car was vibrating and why the steering wheel was stiff when turning.When I called to make the appointment I was being treated as if I was bothering them by doing what the owner told me to do.They ended up making the appointment for that Tuesday and I picked it up Wednesday.Not even a hour after driving off from the lot the car was still doing the same exact thing and I was also told the pulley system needed to be replace because when I dropped the car off I told them the serpentine belt was making a loud whistling noise. When I asked the services manager could she do the pulley that Thursday or the weekend coming up she told me they were backed up with appointments so I asked could I make it till Monday she said yes and to bring the car in that Monday at 10:30am.Thursday evening the car cut off on me 3 times heading home from work & I had to pay 150 for a tow from scenic hwy to memeorial drive , ************** where I was residing. Friday I let the car run for a bit trying to be positive and 4:30pm the car cut off once and stayed on the rest of evening when I went to work.Saturday morning the car would not start at all. When I informed the sales man packey that it would not start he told me its cold out , wait until it gets warm and try it again it was 54 degrees outside??. I ended up contacting a mechanic name *** he charges 75$ just to come out to diagnose a car. They have had my car for a month and now going on 2 weeks . I just want my money back. They knew the car had issues.& expect me to pay on a car I cant drive. & pay for Lyfts smh

    We have been in constant communication with the customer.  We have offered her exchange on the vehicle for no extra cost but she didn't like the option.  We have offered her to put her in another vehicle of her choice as long as she can cover the difference in the down payment of the vehicles but she is not able to.  Her vehicle is being repaired at NO COST TO HER, so she has been offered multiple options.  We hope this helps
