    horrible place of business i purchased a car on 8/14/2024 with a down payment of $3000 i did say on on 8/16 i would bring back $500 because i did not have total down payment (3500) now they have threated me with repossession and said they will not be giving me my money back to return car..........this is crazy and i want all my money back

    I purchased a 2014 ***** Sonic back in Oct. 2022.When. Purchased it I mentioned that it was making a noise and stalling and that I thought it had something to do with the gears.. I was told to bring it in and they told me it wasnt transmission related or sensor related. They fixed something charged me money and it wasnt even fixed when I got it back. It was doing the same thing but it drove and I couldnt afford not to have the car and keep missing work. Fast foward two or three months I call the dealership and inform them that the car was getting stuck in M1 and still stalling. May I mind you Im paying the car note and barely could drive it. I was told that if it was the transmission I would be responsible for paying for it and they would go 50/50 but how when Ive been crying telling yall the wasnt shifting correctly. But like I said I called them and they told me to bring it in . I did they kept it for two weeks and I got it back only for it to be dong the same thing. I was was charged 450 to get it back. They did replace my radiator fan but the main problem still stands and I paid for something that obviously wasnt the problem. I keep telling them its transmission problems and they keep tell g me its not. Ive had two shops put it on the diagnostics machine and it keeps coming back internal trans mission codes. Im steady paying a car note for a car Im scared to drive. Because it has gotten stuck in gear while driving on 85 . Please help ** currently looking for lawyers to help me. . This was the worst mistake trusting them. They try to fix everything except the real problem because they dont want to pay for it. ***************************

    They state they take any credit & score and promise you will walk out w/ a vehicle. When asked questions about vehicles they deny any issues and state well you can always bring it back in 6 months to change out. Once you get the car notice issues they want you to pay 50% when they state the cars have warranty. They take forever to fix.When you get car back the car is never fixed more problems just occurs. You bring it to their attention they request more money to service. They have a faulty system poor communication poor payment system and no accountability. Their cars only last between 1-4 months it either breaks down or get repossessed because you don't want to pay for what you can't drive. They use the fact that you brought a vehicle and it's your responsibility to pay regardless of what's going on with the vehicle. The office is just a whole mess no proper point of contact. Read their ****** reviews it's just all around horrible and they still exist.
