      On July 12th I contract Coolzone to replace the coil as well as drain and refill refrigerant. He quoted and I paid the tech **** upon completion of the job. Less than 90 day later the unit malfunction. On Sept. 12, after several attempts to contact **************** to no avail I contacted another company. This company ONLY ran a pressure test on the unit and while the other company was onsite I finally was able to reach him. At that point **************** stated that he would come out however, all his tech were out with *****. At that point he schedule an appointment for the following Friday (9/16) in which he was a no call/no show. After reaching out to him on several occasions after him not showing up he offered to give me my money back and also to contact several other HVAC companies to make the repair. At that point I told him that I didn't feel like I should have to pay twice for a job that should've been done right the first time. He informed me that a refund would be issued within **** days. At that point is when **************** began to give me the run around. After multiply call emails, providing him with all the information he had requested he still hasn't even made an attempt to come onsite to remedy the issue or refund my money. I kept in constant contact with **************** via phone and email and he has made no effort to mitigate the issue or honor his work. I've included several attachments that have my extensive call log.
