      My warranty company **** chose this company to fix my AC issues in my home. Cool Zone contacted me to schedule my appt for October 3, 2022 from the hours of 9am to 12 noon. It is now 12:51pm and no one has showed up to my house. I contacted Cool Zone around 11:30pm and they customer service representative stated someone will call me when they are in route. It is now 12:50pm and no one has called or shown up to my house. This is totally unacceptable and bad business. I took off work to get this taken care of, and now Cool Zone is not answering the phone. They also had the nerve to send an email asking for a review as if they have came to my house. I am not pleased with the lack of communication from Cool Zone regarding this matter.
