      My car was repossessed by speedy recovery services. I was here to get my car first thing the next morning to find that $450 had been stolen and multiple sensor lights are on the dashboard that were not there before. There are several ****** reviews showing the same experience, they steal everything they can out of your car. The managers response was that I would have a hard time proving the items were in my car to begin with. I am now waiting for an officer to make a police report and they are making me wait outside

      Due to the nature of our business and applicable confidentiality requirements, we are unable to respond to inquiries on public forums. Please do not make this response public.


      The vehicle in question was repossessed on June 19, 2025, and the lienholder authorized its redemption on June 20, 2025. Upon retrieving their personal property, the customer alleged that marijuana had been left in the vehicle but was not among the items returned.


      Our documentation, including the detailed inventory of personal effects and photographs taken at the time of repossession, shows no indication that marijuana was present. Additionally, the vehicle was found unlocked and unattended in an apartment complex where the customer does not reside. Onboard video surveillance in the tow truck confirms that no items were removed from the vehicle during the repossession process.


      If marijuana was indeed present in the vehicle prior to repossession, it is possible it was removed before our recovery team arrived. The customer did not provide a value for the alleged missing item and was advised to contact law enforcement to file a report, which he did.

      On ***** it says my package was delivered and it was my neighbors said that the delivery people put it down on my steps took a picture and took it back into the truck

      Harassment includes coming to home looking for someone I dont know. Constant calls

      We conducted a search using our clients customers last known home address in an attempt to locate our clients collateral. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, we visited the address, knocked on the door, but received no response. Our agent left a contact card requesting a call to our office for address verification. To protect the customer's privacy, the card only included a reference number, which allows us to retrieve the account when someone calls in.


      On 02/12/2025, our agent left a contact card at the address. The following day, 02/13/2025, a resident called our office, identifying herself as the sister of the person we were seeking. She stated she would pass along our contact information but requested that we not call her or visit her home again.
      Following this interaction, our account representative updated our system of record, invalidated the address to prevent further visits, and noted that no further contact should be made with the resident. We have fully complied with this request and have not attempted to call or visit her again.
