Hate this company for making people’s life a living ****. This company has came and got my car from Fairburn Ga takes it all the way to Lithonia. Been trying to get my car 4 days 2 were the weekend and they were close. Why do I need an appointment to come get my car when the balance has been paid and it’s been days. No same day appointment this is so sad. If this happens to you call you lien holder file a complaint Until they are out of network or change this ridiculous policies. People wasting money on lifts and rides to be turn around with no compassion when it already hard out here.

"On 04/03/2024, the vehicle was repossessed. Upon the customer's inquiry for redemption on 04/05/2024, we clarified the necessity of obtaining a release from the lienholder before proceeding with the redemption process. Additionally, we emphasized the requirement for scheduling an appointment for the redemption. The release from the lienholder was received on the evening of 04/05/2024, a Friday, however, as we are closed on weekends, the customer reached out again on Monday, 04/08/2024, to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, no appointments were available for that day. The customer acknowledged this and expressed intent to arrange transportation before calling back to confirm a suitable appointment time."
The customer's redemption appointment is scheduled for today, April 9th, 2024, at 1:15 PM.
