I paid over $4300 for my gutters. Water is coming from behind gutters in many areas around home. I was told that installers would use drip edge on-site if they didnt have their own. I pulled new drip edge out and placed in front of **************** were told to use drip edge during install. Installers didnt speak English. Gutters looked great when not raining! I started noticing water coming from behind the gutters on/about 1 Aug. I have followed up with the warranty service multiple times (email/phone/text) and have been given the run-around since noticing the poor installation job after initial installation on 22 July. **************** left voicemail on 5 Aug saying they were contacting their scheduling manager and would be in contact. I have not heard back and always get their voicemail when I try to call them. I have also contacted the employee who sold me the gutters. His name is ***************************. Phone number is ************. He has only been able to refer me to the warranty service. I need help!!!Business Response

On Aug 24th, I received a call from *************************** of Homecraft Gutters, who said she would be in contact to ensure the issue is fixed. See the attached text thread for confirmation. I am awaiting further details from Homecraft as to when the gutters will be fixed. I will not consider this complaint closed until the gutters are properly re-installed and water issues are fixed. Thanks.

Please stop calling me. They call at all hours and even on sundays. I think its really Angies list. I just wanted a list of roofers in my town with reviews. Instead I get these nationwide reps calling. This company doesnt offer a cease calling feature on their website. And you have to give them too much information to use their contact us feature. So I hope they see it hear. I would like to also say that if a person doesnt return your call after two weeks it probably means they dont want to work with you or they found someone else. I wouldnt use this company for the express purpose of the volume of junk calls they send. I contact angis list last week and removed my name and number but these guys are still calling. In June of 2021, me and my husband had homecraft come out and install some gutters and gutter guards. Job #***. We were told if we bought the gutter guards that any servicing would be free under the warranty. Well after the gutters got installed, we noticed that the guard wasn't installed properly. We called and called and called for days to no help from my and my husband's number. We left voicemails and never got calls back. And any time that we did contact somebody. They said that they would have somebody else contact us back and nobody ever did or give a number. After months of trying to call and call and get somebody to come out we gave up. We called for a good three or four months to no success. Well between then and now we've got numerous text messages from these people trying to get us to get quotes for gutters, and each time that they text we let them know we already have their gutters and that they've been installed and we've been trying to get them serviced for now over a year. Each person tries to tell us that they will give us a number to call or they'll get somebody to come out and it hasn't happened. About a month ago we got more texts from them, and decided we would start reaching back out to them. The last number we were given was for the service department, and when we called them they said we would have to pay to get it repaired because it's been more than a year since the original servicing day, we informed them that we have called numerous times, left multiple voicemails and still had no success. At this point we currently feel like we are being harassed, I know that's probably not the intention, but whatever service department or system they have in place is obviously not up to date or is not managed. We're absolutely tired of getting text messages and phone calls and even more tired that nobody's come out to fix our gutters. We have someone coming out on Monday for a "quote" just so we can get someone to actually come out.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:We definitely were given that number before as I wrote it on our contract from a time we called. Though I am not surprised that there would be no record based on some of the interactions we've had with your company. we talked to someone at the service department at some point who told us that we were out of our warranty and that they would send our information to someone above them since they had seen where we had called before and nothing came from the calls, we also told them we were not paying to have it serviced since we have guards. The number we called from would be ********** or **********.
We have also talked to someone in person today who said they are sending our information to their project manager so they can get someone out here. But I do not trust it will be resolved until I see it happen.Sincerely,

No one from any department has called. The service manager I was told would get our info, hasn't called. At this point, I do not understand why we have to continue to call and repeat our selves for the same results.

The guys showed up, unannounced and unexpected, with no prior communication and fixed the issues literally within 10 minutes. Only rejecting to respond and let you guys know. the company really needs to work on their communication skills.

Contracted with Homecraft 3/31, work scheduled for 4/1/22. Crew arrived from out of state, not licensed. Did not hang gutters correctly - no wedges, not level, leaking. Was told they would not cash check until fixed, then cashed check the next day.Crew installed leaf guards UNDER THE **** SHINGLES - damaging the roof integrity. I am rejecting this response because:As of 8/10, I have not been contacted by any insurance carrier. Business refuses to provide the name of insurance carrier or any claim information, which is provided by carriers at the time claims are reported. Also, I was first advised that a claim was reported over 2 weeks ago. Claims adjusters do not take 10 business days to begin working on a claim. Business is liable for damages, not their insurance carrier. It is the business's responsibility to follow up with insurance for reimbursement.
Furthermore, I advised of the damage to my home in April, and it took until August to report it?
Claim information must be provided to me or a call from insurance by 10am ET tomorrow.

I received a quote on installing gutter and gutter covers. Agree to signed contact. After trying to schedule installation. They changed price. Increasing it by 773 dollars.Business Response

Homecraft continue to not deal with issue. I was given a quote from sales and his manager. I confirmed by email that I accepted there bid. This is what the salesman request. Now there corporate office wanted to change the price. Is is bait and switch. Business can't be allowed to change price after accepting bid. The salesman guarantee the price for one year. I expect them to do what they said they would do.
