      Several months ago, I requested information from Homecraft on gutter installation. They did not respond at that time, so I went with another company.I heard nothing from Homecraft for 5 months, but then starting receiving phone calls from the company. I explained I no longer needed their product and asked them to remove my phone number from their call list. But they continue to call, every day or nearly every day. I have answered 3 calls and asked again to have them quit calling me. But they keep calling. I block each number they use, but they switch to a different number. I ask the company, once again, to remove my contact info from their system and stop contacting me.

      This company, or robocallers claiming to be this company, have called daily, sometimes multiple times a day, since August. I have asked to be removed from their call list, but the calls keep coming, but the phone number prefix changes. Since August, all calls have come from an 828-492-XXXX number, with the last 4 numbers changing every time. I am at my wit's end with these calls. I have never done business with his company and with these harassing calls I will never ever do business with them. They also fill up my voicemail, as they leave an 8 second long "blank" voicemail at every call, although I will occasionally get a voicemail that says they are calling from Homecraft Gutter Protection. Today in my frustration I answered the call, the girl who answered identified herself and as calling from Homecraft Gutter Protection, and I asked her to please place me on their do not call list.       Good afternoon,

      I only have the one phone number, and we do not have a landline. And I do have to make a correction to my original statement where I stated we had not done business with your company in the past- my husband reminded me that we had, when we first moved into our house, so that was my mistake and I apologize. As far as the calls, they come from local numbers but are different every time, for example the last few were *****************-492-5397, ************, ************, ************, ************, ************, ************, ************, anyway you get the idea. Is this a call center that's utilized by the company that has their own records or something like that? They identify themselves as calling from the company so I am not just not sure why they would do that. I appreciate your response.

      Homecraft Gutter Protection, despite an earlier complaint with the BBB and a company response that they would no longer harass me with robo messages and cold calls, continues to contact me multiple times per day. I have spoken with numerous cold callers over the past week who have promised me I would get no more calls. My Friday 11/4 complaint with the BBB received an 11/5 response from Homecraft apologizing for the calls and again promised they had corrected the issue and that I would get no more calls. Since that time, I received two more calls yesterday and one today. Over the last two weeks, I have received dozens of calls from them despite my direct requests to take me off their call list and to not contact me again.

      I am rejecting this response because: Calls are still continuing.

      So far, I have received two more robocalls today, and I'll be shocked if more don't follow. I am also surprised that no one at Homecraft has offered to speak with me directly about this issue. As mentioned in one of my earlier complaints, the "customer service" phone number provided dumped me into a voice mail system for the Warranty department. 

      As the next step towards resolving this issue, I would like to speak with someone in a management position at Homecraft who can discuss this issue, provide details as to how it is happening, and able to review what steps are being taken to resolve the issue.

      I am rejecting this response because: Calls continue to come in, previous response promises were lies.

      Since the last response from Homecraft Gutter Protection on 11/7/22 -- informing me that the company was trying to discover the problem in their call system and promising to have a manager call me directly -- I have received over 25 additional robo call messages from the company, and never heard from a manager.

      In the last month, I have easily received 125+ calls from them, including both robo call messages and cold calls from live telemarketers. I have been promised for weeks that they are trying to fix their system. I have been given a customer service phone number to call that took me to a voicemail for a different department entirely. They have ignored my requests to provide a number I can call to speak live to someone at their company. I have talked to telemarketers who promised they were deleting me from their sales system, and I wouldn't get any more calls. I have never given them permission to call me. 

      I don't care if they can't figure out why I'm getting illegal phone calls from them. It does not matter to me that they can't get the company they've hired or the system they bought to stop making illegal phone calls. The company is responsible and accountable, regardless of whatever excuses they might have.

      I will ask again. Stop the robo and cold calls. Give me the name and number of someone I can talk to about this who has the authority to speak for the company. Or have them call me. I don't care, but this has got to stop!

      The company prices are way over price. My main complaint is the constant harassing phone calls. I have asked several times for no more contact end they Im not interested and they contact me 15 to 20 minutes. I want the calls to stop.

      I repeatedly receive phone calls from this company claiming that I went on line and inquired into their service! I have asked repeatedly to have my phone # removed from their files only to have my contact information moved to another phone line (area code 678). I received (10) phone call in one day from this company on a Saturday morning! My phone is used for business and all that I ask is that my phone # be removed to avoid any more calls from this company - which I will surely never use!Thank You!

      My son whose home needed new gutters received a quote from Home Craft Gutters to remove and install new gutters along with 60ft. of facia board. The job was suppose to start on Saturday September 17th when my son was home. The first installer came but new nothing about installing facia boards so he walked away. We finally got ******************* who know what was going on and he completed the job on 21st. Immediately Home Craft Gutter charged my credit card for $3706. When I acquire about credit for the 30 ft of facia board that I was charge for and never used all I have heard is crickets! Also part of the contract was my son was to receive a manufacturer transferable limited lifetime warranty. I was told they email this. When i acquire about this to my son today, 9/27 he had receive nothing. I have send emails, left voice message to the office in ******* but as of today 9/27 there has been no response. I was asking for about $300 credit for the used facia boards but i feel I am owed a lot more for the time wasted in getting answers and my credit.

      We had gutter guards install at the beginning of 2021 by HomeCraft and the original installers did a great job. Then in April of 2022 we had to have our roof replaced so as to not void our warranty, we hired HomeCraft to uninstall the gutter guards and then once the roof was finished to come back and reinstall. The installer wanted to take the guards with him and I said no that we had a covered porch and a protected area for them. When the installer came back to reinstall he did not finish and he did take the rest of the gutter guards with him without my approval. It took several weeks to get him to come back and do the higher elevations. Once this was done we noticed three or more areas that were having water issues over flowing the gutters. I asked to roof company to come out and they flew a drone over and there were several areas where the gutter guards were missing. I have reached out to HomeCraft since the beginning of August to resolve this issue and cannot get them to come fix this issue and replace the guards. We have also notice the guards that were installed do not look correctly installed and are pulled ** in a few areas. We just need someone to help resolve this issue or give us our original investment back. We did tell them that the latest installer (******), who stole some of our gutter guards, is not allowed back on our property. I think that is reasonable since he did steel them and did not properly install them. I have tried calling and messaging **** the sales person. I have talked ***** the regional reputation manager and now she will not call back. I have been very nice about this but have told them if they will not fix this I'm going to have to call a lawyer. I couldn't get anyone to call me until I started posting on their FB page and IG page.

      I was showed a model of aluminum facial with a gutter attached to it to go up underneath my shingle to protect my facial board. They did replace some of my facial board but I did not get the aluminum piece to cover the facial board that goes up underneath the shingle. I called and asked him about it and they continue putting the gutters up without a aluminum facial behind it which I was supposed to be getting. If you got to sit outside and watch them do to work to make sure they're not doing no crappy stuff that's pretty bad

      On August 18th 2022 I had gutters and gutter guards installed on my home. I was assured that no water would come over the gutters. I have caught a 10 gallon bucket of water coming off.. I had gutters put on my home because of moisture getting under my home. Now they want to charge me extra to correct this. I was also guaranteed my money back if they couldn't fix the problem if I had one.

      Homecraft will not stop calling despite being told to not call. They call repeatedly, over and over and over. This is pure harassment. If you block the call, they will begin calling from a new number. Absolutely do not do business with this company.

The only thing you need to do is gain control of your robo callers or whoever you are using to harass people and stop.
