We recently sold our home of 38 years in ****************, **. Pest USA (and the company's team under it's prior name) did a great job of professionally servicing our home for nearly 4 decades, always at reasonable and competitive rates. They also serviced a 2-story office building in Technology Park adjacent ****************************** for ** over a period of 16 years. It has been my experienceover multiple decades and for various treatmentsthat Pest USA is one of the best run, fairly priced, professional, and knowledgeable teams in their business. I hope others with positive experiences will weigh-in to offset the seemingly one-off complaints deriving form any large and growing company. Pest USA is a multi-generation family owned, growing business that deserves the support their professionalism has earned.

When I bought my home in Dawsoville ** in January 2020 there was a termite contract with Team Pest USA in existence until July 2020. I have renewed it every year since then. This past and current year I have experienced some strange service. Probably a year ago, one of their workers inspected half of my stations (11 or 12, I think), and left. I got a text from him asking for a tip. I checked the stations and two of the covers were just set on top--the caps had broken and he just left them. Personally, I don't think a tip is warranted for someone who is here 4-5 minutes and does a poor job. This year (starting in July 2023) I noticed I never got any inspection reports nor had I seen any one here. Being retired, I'm home most of the time. I called their office today and was told they just do annual inspections now. I think that's unsatisfactory, given that in the past it was always quarterly inspections and I was not informed they arbitrarily changed their inspection procedures. I won't renew my contract again and I would encourage others to shop for better companies.Team Pest USA
