    Contacted this company to move a vending machine on 12-11-23, was quoted $250 and asked to Zelle a deposit of $50. After deposit I got a call 2 days later telling me they did not service my area and that they would return my deposit. Website claims they serve all Georgia. After a couple of days there was no refund. Called back 2 weeks later and they told me they would do it for $275. Told them I would let them know when because the machine is in a school that was closed for holiday. Contacted again in January and they tell me the price is now $300. I said no and that i still need my deposit back. I have called 2 times over last 2 weeks and they still have not returned deposit. This company is completely unethical and has taken my money for an agreement they could not keep their word on. If they will take my deposit i am sure they are taking advantage of other customers as well.

    Delivered to them an old Coke machine that needed a new compressor. No restoration or any other mechanical fix was to take place. They contacted me last December that it was ready and they'd deliver (for $150 extra which I agreed to). Never showed up. Multiple phone calls, emails, website site messages to extremely little contact. Sometimes the voice mail is full. About March they told me they'd deliver again. Never showed up. Can't make positive voice contact. I just want my Coke machine that's apparently ready delivered as agreed to last December.

    Our company, Snack Shack Vending LLC, booked an appointment on 06/22/2023 for *** and his employees to service/repair our vending machine due to theft and vandalism. There was a $30 deposit paid at that time. We purchased the vending machine from this company over a year ago. The appointment was scheduled for 06/27/2023 at 9AM but we received a phone call around 9:30PM the night before advising that there was an emergency and the appointment would need to be rescheduled for 06/29/2023 at 9AM, in which we were present for, but *** and his team was a no call no show. We have called and left voice messages and sent text messages since that day with no response. We have filed an insurance claim that is being held up by Georgia Vending Repair Center LLC because we need an estimate of repair costs to submit to the insurance company for reimbursement for the money and goods stolen from the machine. We are very dissatified with the way Georgia Vending Repair Center LLC has handled this situation and would like it rectified ASAP!
