    WHEN I CALL THE THIS BUSINESS MANAGER *** TOLD ME THAT ITS $350 FOR COMING TO MY LOCATION BECASE ITS ********** I SAID OKAY WHEN I WEN TTO BOOK SERVICE APPOINTMENT ON THEIR WEBSITE I PUT MY ADDRESS ITS SHOWS ONLY $115 WITH $35 DEPOSIT SO AFTER THAT BUSINESS CALL ME AND SAID THEY CAN NOT SERVE ME FOR THAT PRICE I ASK THEM REASON HE SAID ITS OUTSIDE OUR SERVICE AREA SO ITS GONNA BE 350 SO I ASK HIM SHOW ME WHERE IT SAYS ABOUT $350 CHARGE FOR MY AREA I ALSO MENTION THAT WHEN I BOOK MY APPONTMENT I PUT MY ADDRESS AND ALL MY INFORMATION IT DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING EXTRA AND THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE ME PROOF THAT SHOWS $350 CHARGES I DONT HAVE PROBLEM PAYING THAT PRICE BUT ITS NOT LISTED IN THEIR WEBSITE AND THEY CHARGE WHAT EVER THEY FELL LIKE I HAVE PROOF AS WELL THAT SHOWS MY ADDRESS AND CHARGES FOR THAT SERVICE BUT HE CAN NOT PROVIDE ME PROOF THAT FOR $350 CHARGES

    I have used this company on two separate occasions and both experiences were unpleasant to say the least. The first time I purchased vending machines from this company in 2020 ***, the *** hardly ever honored his warranty guidelines, as he frequently overbooked his schedule and was hardly ever able to service my machine. In fact, when he did schedule an appointment to diagnose my machine (which was within the warranty guidelines), he never was on time and always rushed through the process to the point where I was left in confusion, leaving me to figure out things myself. Th second time I used his services, his employees were extremely late to service my machine. I called and requested a refund for his services and he responded that he did not perform refunds and that his employees were in route to my location. No one from his company communicated with us during the waiting process until after I called the business to request information on the delay. ***, the *** of Georgia's Vending Repair Center LLC always has an irritated disposition when speaking on the phone and I do not appreciate that at all. I give this business an F rating at best. H needs to be held accountable for his business actions.
