    I’m a ** year tenant at these apartments. The name has recently changed. I’ve reported water issues/damages two months ago and nothing has been done, other than a whole put in the ceiling and mold growing daily on the wall. I e spoken to the office manager on several/numerous occasions and have been told each time that my name is on their list for new Sheetrock and popcorn for the ceiling. On last week I started a case with my renters insurance company and I issued the same pictures I’ve listed below. This is inhumane and because I suffer from respiratory issues, I can not continue living in these inhumane issues. I have two non functioning bathrooms, one is growing mold in it as well. I have a bathroom downstairs where the commode is broken. Anything dealing with appliances or water, it’s non-functioning. I’m all out of options so I’ve decided to see if I could get assistance from BBB.

    Upon my walk through I noted all of the issues and contacted the Denzel the person who rented the apartment, issues included: leaking ceiling in the kitchen, downstairs commode that doesn't flush, upstairs commode that's not rocks, it's not secure, it leaks and runs, the shower in the second bathroom the cold water faucet doesn't work. He advised I needed to let the new manager know as he's no longer with this complex. I've made numerous complaints for 3 months regarding my issues and nothing was done but the leak in the ceiling was temporarily patched. It's leaking again, when I contacted the office I was told they shouldn't have rented me the apartment. They are repairing the empty units but nothing is being done to my unit and I'm paying and I don't have ******* * so I'm being overlooked.

    I Have Been On Time With My Rent . Now All Of A Sudden After Things Have Been Happening In The Complex I Have A Random Bill FROM JANUARY.. Saying that I owe rent which is unacceptable.. because I wouldn’t be able to pay for marchs rent if I owed January.. and then when things happen like this they expect you to still pay the late fee and it’s like no because it’s not my fault .. no new paint . No new hvac . Nothing . But be having the nerve to want rent and to charge people unnecessarily ..

    Since I moved into this complex there has been issues on top of issues with communication between me and the leasing office. I went two months without having any air conditioning in my unit. I've been calling them nonstop and leaving voicemails. My parents have been calling there too and leaving voicemails. I put in work orders online as well. They just now fixed my air conditioning unit and was not remorseful at all. **************** and this is unacceptable. Also I complain to management about the noise complaints and weed smoking. They only told me to keep on calling the police. They do not care about their tenants at all. I work too hard for me ********** not to feel comfortable in our own home. I want a resolution for the months of no air conditioning and the continual noise complaints of my upstairs neighbors. Also my air conditioning unit is pouring out water from the inside unit. It causes a burnt smell in the apartment and I have been trying to get in contact with the leasing office but they seem not to care at all. I need someone higher than the leasing manager to give me a resolution to this problem asap. I've been nice too long and now they are just ignored me.
