      They wrote a resume that included information that they fabricated. They refused to assist per agreement and the cost was way too high. I would never recommend this company. They should be ashamed of themselves. They take advantage of people looking to advance their career and provide a terrible product.

      At CareerPro Global, we have never and would never fabricate or falsify information, since that would go directly against our 40-year mission to help people achieve their career goals.
      But when this customer provided only scant details for one of the positions, we simply did some light research to glean a few details and expand upon the basic job duties in the resume, knowing that the next step in our process was for him to review and provide detailed feedback on anything he’d like to adjust/clarify.
      Also, it is common practice in our industry to develop federal resumes based on sample/closed positions, so that customers are prepared to apply for similar positions once they become available.
      We delivered the resume for this customer on time, and made multiple offers to get on the phone and find a solution to his concerns, including our Managing Editor working with him personally.
      We regret that he did not take us up on either a phone call or revisions to his resume, and instead chose not to speak to anyone at our company ever since the project first began, then posted this review.

      I had the opportunity to work with Stefanie S**** in developing my ECQs for a move into an SES role. Stefanie is an excellent writer and a real pro in extracting the relevant parts of my experience for meeting all the requirements of each specific ECQ. Moreover, she was a pleasure to work with, always responding within 24 hours (including on weekends and holidays!), patient with multiple drafts and revisions, and encouraging in conversations when brainstorming possible stories to share in the ECQs. I was impressed with how painless she made the process, and how quickly it was done, thanks to her expert guidance and help.
